I'm trying to register my new car. Because that's what the apartment wants. If not ...it will towed. Now I do not know what to do. All I know it better not be towed. It will be your fault!!! FIX YOUR APP!!!! IF NOT...TAKE IT DOWN!!!! What is" internet connection error occured" because that's what I get. When I am trying to inter.
Why does the app ask me to re-register my guest access every time I open the app? Now it says I've parked too many times in a week. Why can't i check my current timer? If i get towed because of your bad app...
Fraudulent application. Even after registering, towing companies use app to illegally tow valid vehicles. The towing company has the ability to edit vehicle registration status. If you have to use this app tell the apartment that you don't have a smart phone. Avoid at all costs!
After one guest registered, all other atempts to register a second guest to our apartment gave an error message, saying the allowed number of vehicles had been reached. So, we can have exactly 1 guest in 24 hours, although 99% of the time ALL visitor spaces near our apartment are empty...
Used it more than 3 days consecutively, then got towed. No where on the app says there is a 3 day limit. Apartment complex and tow company do not care either, just relies on app. Beware.
It is so glitchy, I cant remove guest vehicles to add any new visitors so everytime a new visitor comes to my apartment I have to go to the apartment complex to register manually during apartment office business hours so no spontaneous visitors for us!
When they found out they will loose the Apartment contract, they started messing up with guest parking registrations, denying people their cars registrations! This is unprofessional behavior!!!

It's ridiculous that I have to download an app just for one night visit in Texas. The website doesn't work on a PC computer.
Guests only stay registered for 24 hours. After that, they disappear but it STILL SAYS GUEST SLOTS FULL. The terrible rating for this app is accurate.

The worst thing I have ever experinced in my life
I have read the other reviews, and I get that YMMV. However, my wife and I bought a car model not listed as an option, I contacted the devs, the same day received a response in almost minutes that they would add it - and in under 12 hours there it was. This app does what it needs to do and the devs actively support it. I really can't ask for more than that.
Can't register vehicles! Isn't the purpose of this app to register vehicles?
Better than the old version ever since you made it save your last vehicle registered as a guest. Still a scam but I appreciate yall making an effort to make things easier.
Dumb app. Doesn't let me register guests or let them register themselves. So there is nothing keeping them from getting towed.

This app is, without exaggeration, the worst functioning app I have ever used on Android. It is slow, not intuitive, and it is very difficult to use for its only function (at least for our apartments). Our apartment uses this app to "register" guest vehicles. This is the only thing I've used this app for. It does not save any guest vehicle information, and it takes a long time to load. You have to search through every make and model of motor vehicle to find yours. Yes, everything. The text box to input the license plate number jitters after the third character input. I don't know how else to describe it, but it kicks my keyboard back out of symbol mode to just letters. Finally, and probably the worst part of the app, it must remain active on the screen at all times or you have to log in again and start over. In other words, if your screen times out and turns off - even if the phone doesn't lock it just turns off the screen - you have to log in again. If you switch apps to read the text with your guest's license plate, you have to log in and start over. If you walk up to your apartment and switch from mobile data to wifi, it'll give you an error and you have to log back in and start over. I'm not an app developer, but in my unprofessional opinion, this is the worst written app I've ever used. I'm only using it because we have to.
It works fine but it says parking limit exceeded and i visit my family everyday
I had a loaner for a week and had to re-register every 24 hours. The problem is that it will not let you re-register the same vehicle until your previous registration has expired. This means you have to register later every day. Not fun on the day you forget to register until 10pm. After that it's later and later. Also leaves you with a period in which you are not registered. This seems to ONLY be a benefit to the towing company.
