Apartments by Apartment Guide

The app used to be good but currently does not show all availabilities in my area- not even half, even when I skip all filters to show All Apartments. Also, just as important, is the app does not show what COMPANY manages the units, which is of major importance in the city I live in and the app is very minimally informative- there is no mention at all on Any Apts of what is/isn't paid by landlord leaving the App user to have to email the whole city with questions.....no ty

On the website I had found a place but I couldn't see much due to the thing saying to download the app so I did and they didn't have the listing I was looking at because of filters but I absolutely has to have a move in date.

Horrible search filter. You filter for an amount and bedrooms. It shows you that range for any bedrooms. Not helpful at all

Professional, but too behind on the on schedule and late when often they are behind schedule.

I've used this app since 2013. Shows a lot of great info in a collected and easy way with extremely limited ads, which is nice. *UPDATE* I used to really love this app, but now with the new update, almost all my favorites ( <3 ) have been deleted! Now when I click the heart on new ones, it saves but everytime I change the area of the city or if I reopen the app, it is gone. How is this helpful?? Please fix this pesky bug! Changed from 5 to 3 stars for now because this bug is so aggravating.

never has any listings, when other search engines do, deleting app, there is no point to it

Filtering is awful and unhelpful.

The only improvement I could suggest is the price range and other filters could match better. In other words I am looking for a 2 bedroom in the $1400 range. But it lists apartment complexes that have 1 bedrooms or studios in that range but the 2 bedrooms are not in that range. I hope that makes sense

The information in all the ads i called was very old and all the prices where the property gave me the new rates and over 89% of each properties saided that those ads are so old and when the ads say we checked information 4 hours ago and even the ones that say a week ago are also older then saided!! So remove old ads so when we look we dont have to waste our time just to find a place to move!!!! I find the same thing in most of the aps that show apartment and home rentals.

So far, the superior app compared to Zillow. It shows ALL of the apartments in my area and allows me to select them for viewing. I'm meticulous about details and the fact that this app shows all of my options, is nice. The tour checklist is a nice feature, as well

Just started using this app. So far so good. I'm not happy about how much rent has gone up. Ridiculous!! SMH

I am a very space oriented person, so its hard for me to figure out the layout with just pictures. I LOVE that this app tries to provide a floor plan in as much detail as possible so you can really get a 3D feel for the space.

The cost of apartments are pretty high here in Texas. I decided to move back into my house really did enjoy the app though.

So far my experience has been very good. It appears that the app only accesses legitimate apartments that are run by a company and not personal listings. It matches you up with a bunch of options that you can put in and gives you one of the best opportunities to find the apartment you're looking for.

Better than other apartment finder apps and websites. Info is actually correct and up to date for the most part as far as I can tell. I won't use any other similar apps as the info is usually incorrect and months old.

I tried this app. It's kind of annoying because it asks you to put in a price range but still shows pictures of apartments that are not in your specified price range. I dont want to look at apartments I cant afford.

I tried another app which worked okay as I began my apartment search but I clicked on an ad for a community that led me to apartment guide and after doing a search on apartment guide, I found that it listed several communities/ apartments that were not listed on the other app. After a few days of comparison, I can say that this app is far better and more thorough than any other.

Revising review: took a HOT MINUTE, but app actually does send email notifications for places you contacted agents about. Interface is nice, but only having a sort function for lowest to highest rents and not vice versa is highly peculiar, IMO

This is an excellent app I was able to find my apartment using it. It does a wonderful job giving you the layout of the apartment. And it also has a great layout for furniture and how it might fit when you're in the apartment. I really appreciate this app and those who made it.

Horrible search engine. I downloaded the app now I can't see anything I'm out!

Doesn't matter how I search it only will show 4 pr 5 different apartments.
