Me. Maybe its cause where I live, but it doesn't list many rentals. Otherwise its easy to navigate, lists all popular questions, and really looks for what you want. I like the app.
this has been super easy for looking at places that would be a good rental for us. you can personalize search settings to suit ur situation. The app doesn't bug you by sending tons of notifications like some other apps do. Really, it's worth a try you can always remove it if you find it's not as user friendly as I believe it has been.
The number of unavailable rentals this app has shown me is incredibly frustrating. I understand housing goes fast where I'm looking, but some of these places have been unavailable for years
The app is ok. The main thing I don't like is when we pay the $29.00 for unlimited apps with the screening for the credit checks. we end up paying for it twice once with the zillow app and once with the person u see when you view the aparment. I don't think thats right to charge us and we still end up having to for a screening everytime we fill out for a place
Properties are not removed immediately from a listing when they’re off the market. I paid an app fee yesterday for a home & today it was off thr market. My money down the drain
I put in 2 restrictions and when I try to search it say there is nothing in my area so I make the search area bigger and still nothing. Try a different app this isn't worth the time.
Getting frustrated, there is not answer from the people I'm trying to get to, the only response I get is an automatic message from zillo. The app is OK but I think they aren't updating the place that have already been taken.
The app is not worth downloading. The listings are more often than not inaccurate on price and availability. You have a better chance of finding actual accurate listings on Craigslist or apartment list. Don't waste your time with this trash app.
No help with this app. The instructions they email does not coincide with choices on their site. Terrible customer service so far!
Very easy to use and navigate. up to date homes and availability.
So far I am able to view apartments that are affordable for my budget and the app also gives me an option to schedule an appointment to visit the apartments I am viewing on the application.
It's pretty convenient and I love the filter options. I'd give it 5 stars except there's a bug that doesn't allow me to edit application info through the app.
Great as far as apartment listing. Not so great with paying their $29 application fee to apply at as many properties as you want in 30 days because after you pay it and apply to an apartment that apartment still requires you to pay their fee so it's pointless
MUCH preferred to the standard Zillow app! I'm a renter, not someone looking to get a mortgage. It eliminates all the clutter and notifications that you otherwise get with the normal Zillow app.
I'm immediately notified when a rental I'm interested in has become available. All rentals on this site are certified non scams. It makes me feel more confident sending money electronically (sometimes cash) for applications to apply.
it's a good app. but gosh, there's not many places listed. it's slim pickin'

Although I haven't had much success in finding some place affordable for me to rent it isn't because of the app. This app is intuitive and even has a dark mode that saves my eyes. Saves multiple searches with filters of your choice. The only drawback is that some of the property managers don't utilize the features it seems. Most don't take the time to use the app to it's potential. And that problem is the same in most apartment rental apps. If you're a property manager, take the time, dangit!
If you like slow loading times, even on an internet connection, that zips along with every other app. If you're looking for an app that you have a hard time signing into. And if you're looking for an app that seems to ignore the filters that you input. look no further. You have found it. I do also love how many places aren't available that are listed.
I enjoy the wide variety of rentals y'all have available. I just wish in the state of Florida home owners had more leniency towards large breeds dogs.( I understand if you experience a bad tenant but we're not all bad) I can guarantee my boxer mix it's nicer than 80% of mankind and clearer too lol... If zillow can make it easier for pet owners to find properties that would actually allow our whole families to move in. this app would change set a trend!
At first worked great, able to find what i need. However all of a sudden from around a week ago, the app doesnt load any info about listings. It would show all the searches on the map according to my filter but when i press one for more detail, just shows pictures and the rest of the posting is blank. Makes the app literally not usable. Whats even more annoying is that when i try to use zillow on mobile via chrome, it constantly tries to load the info on the app instead of chrome. Plz fix
You went from the best and most effective apartments and homes finder app to the absolute dumbest. And I weigh my words. Two apps to download instead of one. Plus so demanding it is ridiculous. Others started doing what you were doing that made you my favorite app in the past. Now, also, with the covid, all the more reason for having the pictures to aide with decision making but you go the opposite route. I am therfore deleting your app. Not usefull to me, and a waist of my time.
I would totally recommend Zillow. whether you are looking to rent or purchase. They'll send homes for your perusal based on what you're looking for (in every sense), and they're usually spot on. Best of all you will never be pestered by realtors or have to deal with any hard-sell tactics.
I'm just starting, but so far I have been able to find a few potential properties to apply for. I'll keep this review updated as I go through the process.
Thieves. Zillow allows application payment while units aren't even availible or even forced to look at the application while "availible". Google needs to bring these guys down.
For one, it says there are no rentals in my area, which I know there are. And yes, some of them at least should be listed with Zillow. Secondly, I can't even maneuver enough within the app to change the mileage I'm willing to travel to move from where I currently live without just changing the entire city, AND it still says there's nothing available, so why even bother using it? I've loved using Zillow in the past and I hope whatever is going in with it lately gets fixed soon. Thanks :)
I gave it a 3 because I haven't found one yet, but it does give options. The thing I don't like is them asking me to pay $30 to fill out "unlimited applications" when I've only seen one house ask to fill out an actual application through Zillow unless I'm reading it wrong.
