The developers really cannot make it. I highlighted a security flaw by email, they replied 2 emails then MIA. I feedback here, they tell me they have transaction password security. I could see someone else transaction, value and place of purchase. Now it looks like harmless transaction, no idea what else is misfiled or can be accessed by others . Security my foot. This is the same after reporting multiple times. They end up blocking my account but still allow the other to use the account
Customer service is poor, they will not help you if there are any errors in using voucher for purchases. I selected the voucher under advice of shop staff and then couldn't transact, realised I had to change my card details. When I was keying the card details, I didn't know the voucher had been removed. So I emailed customer service asking for help but they gave a generic answer which means they have not even read my explanation in the email. They are not even trying to bother.
At first use, the app was not intuitive enough to confirm that discount voucher will be applied at later stage. I had to Google search the approach. however once I got the method, app is smooth flow for checkout
So far, very positive experience. Used it twice and the billing is extremely transparent. I would love to see more additional discount offers.
Makes payments easier in so many ways. interest free installments, clear records of payments and bills, timely notifications, plus coupons for more discounts! Atome is great.
My account got deactivated, when, I req for assistance. Customer Service replied, that they can't do anything. Req me to login from another mobile no. I only have one number.. Kindly assist me.
The apps is easy to use and every transaction go through smoothly. The only thing that I'm not satisfied was your customer service kept asking the same question which I already answer them due to I'm unable to add a credit card which always shows error, end up I used other card to settle the bill, it was frustrated especially the payment was due soon. I hope the CS have to improve the skill as well as communication with the customer.
Customer Service is terrible. Use of app on merchant when a prompt of "contact customer service"pops up. It is embarrasing despite your account is updated with payments and within the limit. Customer Service will reply you standard script and doesn't resolve the issue. Their "risk" assessment so called is ridiculous. The advertisement about this app doesn't meet what it advertises. FOR ATOME THE LIMIT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE. THEY CAN REJECT TRANSACTIONS ON THEIR DISCRETIONARY WITH NO EXPLANATIONS.
Lousy apps. Inable to redeem points i have accumulated. Inexperience customer service. After a month still unable to resolve the issue.
It's fine when your payments are on time. I lost my card and was waiting for a replacement. My payment didn't go through and they immediately charged a $15 admin fee. And they reminded me a couple of times via message and WhatsApp. I felt like I was being chased like a creditor.
This app is nice because the partner brands with vouchers are brands thst I patronize. You can use the voucher then just pay in full as usual. But I knocked off 2 stars because of the terrible customer service. There is no call center and you can only email. Emails are left unanswered after the first response. So you just have to cross your fingers that you never encounter an issue that requires customer support because that seems to be non-existent for this organization.
They really should say your limit in the app instead of "usually it should be..." Waste of time if you cannot even use it. Additionally, anything financial should have a phone number or a live chat. Not just an email address that takes days to reply and doesn't even answer questions that are asked. Will be uninstalling. One more thing. Even if your charge "no interest," are you aware that some merchants are adding interest of 5% for atome payments?
How does Atome get 4.8 stars despite so many honest 1 star reviews? Edit requested by Atome: Customer support is slow, yet chasing for payment and threatening to add more late fees is done consistently on a daily basis.
Credit limit is too low. Some stores have products more than $3000 of the credit limit and still offers installment which in this case is impossible to apply. Fix your app! Can't add new card after expired! Worst customer service ever!
I dont have any due payment,and suddenly i want to use it for my next purchase then its says my account was block.I email them as they said but no reply.
Click a link that say 10 bucks off new user. Yet after i have given all the information including credit card details and singpass, there was no 10 bucks discount given. Feels like just an app collecting personal information.
TL;DR a scam, don't use it Poor customer support and feels like a Ponzi scheme. I was informed that I have insufficient fund in my card and the payment didn't go through despite having sufficient balance. Contacted the customer support on the day itself indicating that payment failed despite having sufficient balance. The next day, they called me and I explained the situation, and the support staff decided to charge me the late admin fee anyway and somehow magically the payment went through.
easy to use. available coupons come up on payment (versus scrolling for it)
it's good to have this kind of payment methods around which enables buyers to purchase with convenience and affordable to all....
Waste time and v. Disappointing. I had no problem using the app until today when the transaction didnt go thru. I recommended my family member to this app and same thing happened to him. Emailed contact centre and had to wait for awhile. We literaly felt embarassed. I dont recommend this app. I feel Grab paylater is way better.
Non existent customer service. Wrote to them with a credit card issue. After asking me for a ton of information, they close the ticket and kick the can down to road claiming the need more time to look at the issue. When I asked for timeline, no response and radio silence after that. Company managed by a bunch of pathetic employees.
This is really a lifesaver for people who can afford but don't wish to spend big amounts at once. And the honest fact is almost everyone have had that month that you unwillingly spent more than u should earlier in the month & you just need to hang in there till your next paycheck.

Be careful it is a SCAM application, they literally stole 50$ from me. Deserve 0 star. It did my payment with Atome to get a 50$ discount as explained on their partner website, the discount never applied, after 2 month of negociation with the customer support still no trace of my money. So don't try it, stay away from this payment method. EDIT : After 3 month of back and force they gave me my discount (adding 1 star ⭐⭐)
Excellent flexible payment solution. Far better than any credit card with high interest rates. Even better, not only Atome offers 3 months payment interest free but I also received a gift voucher from them! 5 stars!
reply to your reply: I did receive otp. This is not OTP receipt problem. This is your app restarts every single time you go to click to view OTP problem. Original comment: when you go to view the SMS verification code and then return to app to key in your info to verify your account, the whole thing just restarts.
Paid in advance to Atome via PayNow as I had complications with my bank card, but still got charged an extra $15 admin for "missed payment". Missed payment?? I paid early though? Emailed during business hours but I haven't gotten any reply from Atome regarding the unlawful charged payment. Why am I still being charged extra when I already paid up?

Nonsense! I have just tried to use the apps for my transaction but it kept showing to contact their support team. The CS which i emailed say that orders may be rejected eventho spending limit is within the limit and also need to go through individual automatic approval process. If that is the case, might as well delete the app if may or may not be successful in future transaction attempts.
