too much bad with wifi ip camera lite
Just love it.
On my Samsung S4 when I go to watch a live view from the camera the app often throws up an "Unfortunately APCam has stopped" error box and the entire phone locks. The only way to recover the phone is to hold down the power button until it switches off and then reboot the phone.
What a joke and waste of money. There is NO way to connect my camera and get it running and NO WAY to get help from anyone but wait for a phone call if they choose to take care of me. Really?!? I just had some one in my home and my parents were kind enough to bring me this junk. I feel so bad that they wasted their money and I'm mad for wasting my time trying to get it running! GARBAGE!
... working OK, quick set-up, the only issue is it went offline after approx 45 mins of continuous access via 4G. It appears to be OK if you access your camera every now and then. I suspect this may be due to the dynamic IP. Other than that, all good! 11/03/17 update: things are much improved. I have accessed my cameras at home while abroad on several occasions. Reliable internet provider is a must. Have bumped up the rating to 5 stars.
Keep saying with updates the bugs are fixed, but nothing ever changes. It never pulls up the camera. Worst app ever.
This app is terrible because it works about 30% of the time. Dont ever buy any camera that requires this app. There is a reason the reviews are so bad on this app. Every time I need to actually use the app it never works. Save your time and buy a quality camera.
After posting app not working on SP camera's, recent updates seem to have solved problems, thank you. Viewing AP & SP cams in one app again. I have changed review back to positive.
Randomly crashes. And for some weird reason the app will no longer open if I add a specific camera. It doesn't make sense
So this application is designed to work with multiple types of cameras. I completely accept this. I know there are a few bugs, but I have not tried all of the features. My camera needed my Wi-Fi password to be dumber and less secure. To connect I had to remove the special characters and use the QR code generated to get my camera on my network. My camera also only operates on the 2.4 GHz band and not the 5. I have no clue is that music player option inside of the video feed works because I can't point it to my music. It might be an SD card only feature. It works pretty well. I have not tried to view my camera from outside my home yet. I hope my review is helpful. Update: works great from 4g. Has trouble when zooming and panning the video feed. Still not bad, but a whole bunch of the buttons along the bottom of the video feed do nothing.
Unfortunately formatting of the SD card doesn't work now, please rectify.
This app is completely unacceptable. For nearly a year now, every time we try to open the app, it crashes 4-5 times before finally opening. Despite leaving feedback and attempting to reach out to the developer multiple times, there have been no updates and no correspondence back from them. Avoid this app, and, if you bought an iZtouch camera, return it.
Worked for a few hours then crashes. Now says I'm online but won't let me view my Cam just keeps kicking off :😡
It works for short time then just goes offline have to be close to it to get it to go online again nightmare

Hit and miss, good app when its working correctly. For some reason cameras are offline now on wifi network and online when using mobile data??

Seriously very annoyed!!!! It keeps saying password error when I know it. I even created a new password for my email google account just so I could start fresh. But again it said password error when I clearly know it! It wouldn't even let me register which should sign me in automatically first, but it didn't. I can not use my camera or even log in AT ALL!!! Incredibly frustrating and feel outraged. I have been disappointed in this so many times it's unbelievable. Step up your game and please fix this.
But is there a way to stop having to login every few hours I open app an it makes me login again.very frustrating
I have been using this app since 2015 and I have not had much trouble with it. It does a good job of pushing email motion alerts to my phone. some functions could have better directions. Overall has more features and works better than other similar free apps.
