The app isn't at fault... Instead, the credit union's back-end seems to be to blame. I get locked out on a browser just as often. It won't accept my password and I am careful about inputting it correctly. The only improvement that I would like to see in the app is a more detailed description of transactions.
This app does not have all the clarity and gizmos of the computer program but that is only because of the limited screen space and memory. It was actually easier to install and use than I expected. I found it a great go to since my computer crashed. I now actually get more notices than I did before. Good job.
Wonderful updates much better than before! The only thing that would make it better is to allow is screenshots, which are sometimes needed. Or maybe allow it to print the screen to a pdf.
Works well enough, but it still has some issues to be worked out with taking pictures for the remote deposit feature. It used to work great, but now it's kind of hit or miss with remote check deposit.
The app works ok when it's working. Lately when I go to the app it keeps telling me an error occurred and to call this number for assistance or it tells me it can't verify my account. It's been doing it alot so please fix the problem.
Does what is supposed to. We have an account with APCO in Bama, but live in Florida. This is GREAT for checking your balance, depositing checks, and transferring money between your APCO accounts. Simple interface, easy to use. No problems running it on Android.
It isn't a bad app, but it just badly needs to be updated. Other banking apps I have used have more features and are more functional. Also - it bugs me that you can't click on a purchase and see more info about it.
makes checking the account fast and easy! But I wish it had a setting to turn on notifications for deposit and withdrawal when money is took out or added to checking/savings account & u can choose which accounts to see like u choose to see instant balances.
App does not work!! I will not open out I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice and still doesn't work. I don't understand what has happen because it was working just fine few days ago. Please fix asap!!!
Great except for 2 issues. It saves the ID and ignores when you uncheck the box to not save it. When a mobile deposit fails, you don't know why.
Apco FIX YOUR APP My friends who use iPhones have no issues w/the app. There are times that I can't even open the app for days with my Samsung. "Error message call" blah blah blah. If you value your customers then please fix your app. I check my balance on a frequent basis.... well I try to, when the app allows me. Apco, you have to see these negative reviews. Please fix this!!
Love this app it saves me so much time , it's easy to navigate would recommend every member have. Thanks to everyone involved in making banking at Apco so easy. Keep up the great work...
Works great, even has mobile deposit, it would be nice to have fraud notifications on the app too, but I have not had an issue with fraud... just an idea for the future
I love being able to check my account anytime, deposit checks without driving to the bank, and have never had any issues with this app
The app is fine. I would like to view multiple checking accounts as i have children with accounts. It would be nice to make transfers to them.
easy to use, quick, can make mobile deposits. i ise this app daily and have had zero worries so far with security issues.
It has trouble loading into the app itself from time to time, but other than that it works extremely smooth.
Unable to paste in password from password manager. In the day of needing secure passwords and different passwords for different services this is unacceptable. Needlessly difficult.
I love it. Makes managing this account so easy. 9/24/20 the app started NOT opening. I reported it. It still isn't working
This app is the best! It is everything I could ask for. Simple, no glitches, and it operates smoothly. High five!
Love this app. It is one of the most comprehensive apps I have on my phone. I've had it now for about 3 years or more and enjoyed every minute. Thank You APCU!
App works great! Easy to use! The finger print access is very helpful.
1/10th options compared to other credit union apps. ( I got an account with Alatrust due to the lack of features available. ) Otherwise APCO is a great CU.
Easy to install and navigate. I just made a check deposit and it was a comfortable experience.
1 star for the new update until it gets fixed. I can't access my account. All paths lead to Forgot Password
Pretty simple and straightforward app. Few bells and whistles but pretty reliable....
After the update the app now tries to make me do a text verification or a call customer service in order to view my account EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I log in
I use this app with my Samsung S7 plus tablet and the ad at the very first is oversized and has to be scrolled way down in order me to go to select whether I want checking or savings. I am unable to download either a CSV file for spreadsheet or any data for a Quicken program. When I have finished with some of the sub programs such as bill pay app I cannot simply back up to the previous spot where I came from it always takes me to the main menu where I then have to go into the previous screen.
