App crashes a lot and when contacting customer service they blame it on everything except their own software. They will ask you to do the following and still make it seem like it Is your fault: reinstall the app, confirm the free space on your device, clear your cache, and confirming your internet Show quoted text
Garbage app. Great book (minus a few errors - see table of contents), but the app is useless. Cant even log in at this time. Was hoping not to have to lug the huge book around.
I wish I noticed the reviews before I spent 400 plus dollars on content and then downloaded the app to listen to material. the App worked once and now refuses to load. This was an expensive mistake. Do not be me. Find a different option.
The app no longer opens..just keeps saying "loading content." Not useful as a tool to prepare for certification!
This app is terrible!! Will not work properly, constantly kicks you off and closes. Will not download the materials paid for. Sooooo disappointed!!

This app hasn't been updated since 2017. stay away!!!! It makes me very concerned about the content they sell if they can't keep the app up to date. Please read all the negative reviews before you part with your $$$$.
this app is terrible the content is good but yal need to FIX this. we pay good money for it and it only works half the time.

App constantly freezes
Questions are OK. App is awful. Keeps crashing, at this moment I cannot even use it at all, won't open. Please fix asap. Board exam is not waiting for you guys to get your stuff together. For the money you charge for the subscription I would expect flawless performance! Does not save test in progress. If you click back button instead of the X on the picture, kicks you out completely and you have to start all over again. Just awful. Very displeased and disappointed. Invest some of the money you make from charging students outrageous amounts into a decent IT support team.
Worked well for 2 weeks then crashed. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice but no longer works. Please fix asap
It is failing to load and crashes frequently. Makes taking tests difficult. Also generally not easy to use.
Thank you for updating. 5 stars now- does not randomly kick me out like used to and now on practice questions the screen enables me to see rationale. Very pleased with the improvements.
Since the update, i cant get app to work at all. It lets me log in, select a test but then i can't select the answers! I've reinstalled twice without effect! So frustrating to not be able to access this via mobile app. I have a samsung galaxy note 5.
I get kicked off all the time. It's easier just to log in on my phone with google chrome to the actual website and do questions there. The app is basically useless

If I could give it a zero I would. You can't scroll when NB using qbank and audio from the review course will shut off if you even hit your power button
Still crashes all the time. I guess you all don't care or you would fix it, because clearly I'm not the first one with this complaint. So I will be looking at other reviews.
I paid for a service that said it included app access. Most of the reason why I even bought your product. Have you read your reviews ? Your app doesn't work. Additionally, i purchased your q bank bundle and it credited someone else which took a day on the phone to fix. I will be telling all my friends to use a competitor fnp exam trainer.

Kept crashing on my 6p. Kept resetting my phone and didn't work by the time I logged in. Needs to be completely redone to work as an app
Would not let me log in, but i could get on the website to login.
The app constantly crashes or freezes, sometimes in the middle of an exam, forcing you to restart. The app doesnt save your progress in an exam so sometimes exams are taken multiple times in order to complete it.
