Here is how it works: Just open up the APEX mobile app and tell us where your going. Select the date and time you'd like to be picked up and select the rideshare service of your choice. After that submit your request and watch the interested drivers come rolling in. Once you've found the driver you'd like select them and you are good to go.

Proper review in progress after registration issues resolved. For those having issues with registration - do not attempt to change your phone number or anything else if you have problems getting the OTP. If the OTP doesn't come in 30 minutes, email support. Support is relatively prompt and courteous 👍 I cannot review the app yet, as I have to test it a bit, BUT: I've seen quite a few people with wrong impressions. This app connects drivers to riders, it's not a scam. More to come!
For the last 6 months I have been trying this app out to see how it works and how dependable it is This is my input and experience with this app service is spotty at best I have a Galaxy S10+ I have been paying the subscription fee of $10 a month Update ___ been asked for the last month to update Insurance information and there is no place to upload it emailed and got subpar help still no place to upload or told where to go was just profile other then that nothing
So indtalled, cant sign up with google or facebook. Did manual sign up and it says it keeps closing when I try to log in. I see there is a fee with this app according to some posts I see. Well its not off to a good start with me. I will not pay for a shady ass app that cant even work the first time installed.
This is a reservation app for monthly charge. But it only uses apex to get you to a uber or lyft current passanger. It would be great if apex let drivers take private rides on plateform or become a separate rideshare with reservation with partners in other rideshare when drivers not available example vibe riseshare doing that... especially and the customers point of view a price on the Apex app would be nice why would someone want to reserve a ride without knowing what the price of cost
They have been charging my card for months with no service. My application said Profile pending. However their theft of money was not pending. Just noticed two $5 charges at the same time. Fraud notification has been instituted.
This app is a scam designed to trick you into paying a monthly subscription fee. It has no actual gigs on the app that you could make money off it. Whoever runs the site will also steal your personal information. Whatever you do, do not register with this scam.
I won't register my phone number. Then, upon further investigation, I discovered it costs for drivers anyways. What a good idea executed poorly. Oh well.
Do not waste your money! I did email support but did not fix the problem.All they tell you to do is to update the app. I for sure did waste my money.

I am currently a reservation driver for APEX. I have been trying for over a year and a half. To get the Rideshare industry to become a reliable form of transportation, in the rural part of Virginia's Northern Neck. APEX has made that possible! The App is a real pleasure to use. From it's crisp clean look. To it's driver friendly interface and features, like the new mileage and expense trackers. This App rocks.
