Something went wrong.Please check internet. Thjs is the error i keep on getting while setting Mpin and TPIn. If i retry it says old mpin and tpin cannot be used. If MPIN and TPIN is storing then why the internet error is coming. I have 100Mbps speed.. do you need more speed than this for your new app.Why you have upgraded app to behave weird rather than enhance the existing app?.The same issue repeats then we can think of closing the account which is not useful at all.

Worst app. Recently it statrted showing 'request timed out' and not at all opening. APGVB is known for its poor customer care and service. Even branch officials won't answer or attend to our problems. My internet banking also not working. I don't understand why they are doing any service to customers.

Always crashing the app, not working well after the update. My app is up to date but still while opening the app it is asking update when I click update it is redirected to play store and showing my app is up to date. Unable to open the app. Please fix the issue ASAP.

It takes a lot of time for Login. Many times I am asked for updation of app. Is any of the authorities are checking the function of the app? I feel its manned by unskilled staff. I feel it may be un authorised softwere, intorduced in the bank. I feel authorities want to mantain with low budget. If so pl dont do, because the of the customer is wasted.

Very poor app. Not good interface and need lot of developments. Takes lot of time to open and all the time it says either no account found or request time out. Very painful in accessing. Dissapointed

Please make the issues resolved soon it has some small issues like it takes more time to log in now a days i am unable to login since 2 days i dont know why. I uninstalled and again installed app thought it will set but am failed to login even now. I kindly request you to pls set this issues. This app is useful so much am glad the bank had provided this type of facility. Appreciated but see the things mentioned above soon🙏🏻

Request timeout.Please try after some time The only thing one can do with this app is to read that above statement all the time. Worst net banking service ever

Usually It's function during night time on holidays in very bad. It appears APGVB management is not having control on their vender who is maintaining servers/data center. I noticed that Branch staff are struggling to satisfy customers due to technical flaws specially serve issues which is not in their control

This app is not working. When I'm open the app it showing session timed out. So please resolve the issue as early as possible.

This is worest app which i have been using.....if anybody wants to use the app to check account details through login thay will get error at every time....then what is the use of this app in mobile....very bad app development...!

Option for OTP eighter to Registered Mobile number or to email is to be added to operate the account on roaming as other banks. At present I am in USA and unable to get OTP as I left my mobile in india and I am not in a position to operate my account. The app is totally useless to me. There is no response from you to my email.

Worst app in the playstore or app store. What ever i do using in internet in mobile. The internet willnbe almost speed always. But when i open apgvb app, internet gies down and login will be not possible. By chance if login successful, the transcation will fail 99%. I would like to give negative star or rating if available.

Worst experience, using app from 2 years, already done many transactions, but from last one week going to transfer amount showing NO ACCOUNT FOUND, went to bank didn't help, no support care, worst experience..

Worst app in the world.. every time Im trying to opening the app it's time taking upto 1 hr . Don't waste time by using this app. It's better option go to bank for mini statement or any other queries..customer service also very worst and not lifting any call ... Time waste in this world

User friendly App with prompt follow up . In recent times we have been getting a pop up to download a new version . When tried it says the mobile number is not correct for this device .Can we not upgrade the present app to its new version

Update app.. it's not working properly.. When I am login this app it taken too much time . And one more thing so many times trying to login. Final transaction was not done..

It's working is good, but again and again updates will come and still working with same features. So why we need to update, why update is required when there is no change any features, Please fix it.

yes, its very worst app. unable to login app like other apps . tried many times but unable to login. its very redecuous to customers

There is no option to include more than one Account! In the previous version there was a beautiful option to include more than one Account! I humbly request the authorities to provide such facilities.

When I'm trying to login, every time it shows the same message as "Please download latest app from playstore" update, there is no latest update in playstore. I am unable to login. Please explain?

worst banking app, it doesn't allow you to transfer money to other accounts or own account transfer. what's the use of mobile banking if it doesn't allow you to transfer money. it doesn't even deserve 1 rating.

Worst app ever, my transaction is failed and debited from my acc. I raise a ticket to solve my problem but they ask me about bank statement . I was trying to download statement but it shows only 1 year back transactions..

the most irritating factor in my PHN is this app.... very slow tough to use and bad maintenance..... worst functioning.... always updating but, no good feature found.... the people who prepared this application are the worst noobs in app development....not even a single reply and apologize to any customer

Everyone expecting more.but this app still in 1990.service is slow.for login it take so much time.for every transaction we have to wait.i am trying from morning but its unable to download the app. Where is the fault, Play store or apgvb.

Worst app, trying to login and waiting for more than hour and fails always. Don't when this will be updated. Never depend on this app for critical transactions.

I have been trying for New Registration for the last 3 weeks.But every time I get message that "Request time out. Try after sometime ". I couldn't Register in the app so far.

Worst app and worst banking, it always has technical issues, whenever I open phonepe it always shows techinical issues try after sometime.what the hell asalu.. You guyz pls shut ur bank or otherwise just keep notice as this bank is not for online payments or net banking
