Only 1day of use, 1st hobby hobby hive. I mostly like the freatures so far, but it is crashy. And sometimes automatically defaults to december 2040 when selecting a date. It could use some options for adding custom items. I ended up puting a lot of verbiage in description, that works for now but will get tiresome. I would probably give it 5 stars if it stopped crashing, had an other/custom option, and didnt go 20 years into the future when tapping the date calender box.
Whose idea is it to have a beekeeping app that requires you to be connected to the internet... Most apiaries are in rural areas without reception it just doesn't make any sense. Real shame because I like a lot of it's features.
The map is way off. It requires too much information to save an apiary or hive. I want to add as much or as little info as I want, they want an exact address for each apiary, which doesnt even coordinate with the map correctly. Evidently I have an apiary in turkey and in the middle of the Mediterranean sea? Wont save my hives after I add so much information...
I like the amount of features, but frames count never works for me. Always says frame number is higher than the total count, so if I have 11 frames I can't add all the information.
I can't create an account. It keeps saying my email is bad. I have 2 emails, one is AOL and the other is GMAIL. Can someone help please
Updated review: The honey sources are now editable in the apiary, but although I added a few new ones, I dont see them at Harvests. So when I want to add a new harvest of Arbutus honey for example, I dont see it in the list.
I would suggest you have an option for splitting a hive. How do I show I did a split from hive A to Hive B ? Also have an option of adding a beehive offline. I would have given it 5 star were it not for the above issues.
It is good to remind me what I have done. A little confusing learning to use it. Not currently working on my Android Samsung tablet.
Updated with the new inspection duplicate option! Got this primarily for the finance piece and all of the options are fantastic.
Any app requiring me to make an account before showing me what it does gets an automatic one-star review and deleted from my phone. I want to know what I'm getting in trade for my information before I hand it over!
Love this app. It's just starting out so has some bugs, but still my goto app for bee keeping. Wish we could add more than 1 apiary...
Love the app but would appreciate if I could use the app offline, as most of my hives are in places without any reception..
I have just downloaded and installed the app on my laptop. It says"Installed", but I don't see an icon on the desktop. I also don't know how to open this app. Can someone help?
So far so good. How do l upgrade so that l could enter up to 100 hives?
Never had an app that takes so long to log on. Would not recommend.

This app is awesome! And it's free. What more can you all for. It allows you to create specific qr codes for each hive that you use to easily identify hives, you can record audio of your inspections then input that later in the app. Take pictures. Just about everything you would need to manage is in this app! Great job developers. Keep it up.
