I used to like this a lot, but I can't figure out how to get into "simple edit" any more. Was this removed? I've been able to go into manifest and add a line to make android:InstallLocation preferExternal, but I haven't been able to save/install the modified code.
Can't be used to move files to sd card because you can't save changes to android:installLocation. That is the only reason I tried it. it might be good for something else.
Was great at one time. but now after update, can no longer save or build. like many others, i have sent an email but have been ignored. i also would like a refund.
For fellow pissed up buyers, I know how to make build work. Download APK Editor Pro 1.9.10 and back up that version. Then delete it. Download APK Editor Pro 1.8.2, open it for a few seconds and close it. Go to your backup and install it (don't delete the other version, just install tbe new one over it). You'll find the links online (I strongly advise against usind Aptoide). You're welcome. Edit. You can alternatively use Lucky Patcher to apply a custom patch which makes the build opinion work.
I got before "Sorry, build is not supported anymore." I have sent a email in 30 seconds or less I got a email with the steps to fix this and it's very easy I recommend this app
Waste of money. No longer can edit APK's... the soul reason for buying a apk editer. The only thing this app is good for is extracting images from APK's, but! you can just download a free unzip app like zarchiver and extract the apk and all of its conenet is at your finger tips so... whats the point of this app? 0
Doesnt work even after following "fix" instructions. App i modified just kept crashing. I WANT A REFUND. But of course after u follow instructions, your time for refund has expired! Google needs to investigate!
When you first start it and press build doesnt work. I emailed, and they got back fast and told me how to fix it. No issues.
total scam. the whole point of downloading the app is the "build" feature which is not supported in the free version and when you pay for the app it's also not supported. thanks Google for the refund.
Kinda pissed,paid for the app and now i cant use build will change to 5* if i can get an email with the full version I paid for, also understand google is evil,but shouldnt they honor the fact that this app was on the store before they change their policies.
horrible the latest build doesnt even allow you to edit anything keeps giving you an error that this build is no longer supported and closes the app after
purchaed the pro version but it is useless. i looked at the directions on how to use but where it says select save to save yor changes it is no longer a save button but a build button. when you select build it says that option is no longer available
it doesn't show me the options like in the screen shots. Edición Rápida Or the two others. I need my money back!
Even some features are removed, this is still a great app! I understand that Google Policy just updates so just keep updating this app with more features
Everytime when I press the build button it comes up with an error message. I've tried everything and there's nothing I can do to fix it
First of all this app is not for noobs I am an developer and this is so useful to me I can update my apps which has small things to update and do not ask for refund because I am using this app for long lime and dont found any mistake and some people told that new update doesnot have some fratures but it has all features.
You can not build apk's anymore, so the title name of this app name is just clickbait now. thank god i could refund my money within 2hrs of purchase

Doesn't work, not even to add 1 thing into a game. Not even a save function. Don't buy this, you'll waste your money.
Used to love this app until they removed a lot of features. Barely does its job as an APK editor.
wow after jumping thru hoops.. it worked.. email.. watch yt.. and enable unknown but also disable verify to enable install button.. wow now just hold your breath ha!
This app worked great on my S9+ but doesn't work correctly on Note 9. Guessing it's because it's 8.1. Please fix for us users.
It's been a great app to use but can no longer get it to work anymore since using Oreo 8.1 and Pie
The new update is not as easy as the older one in till I get an email back with the work around I'm not giving 5 stars
some key features have been disabled but they dont tell you until after you buy..cant rename package anymore..requested refund but no luck...scam..
since android 8.1 changing package name doesn't work its just random letters and when try to install says there was a problem parsing this package PLEEESE FIX thanks
Dear developer, After purchasing the app, it is not showing the common edit button and hence I'm not able to use this to know the version & other details of apk and edit it. I have seen in you tube that common edit button is provided in this app for editing the apk. Please resolve this issue or else pls refund.
