Got "this user can't access APNs" error on Nexus 5X running Android 6 with Project Fi.
First true APN modifier for phones without access to APN settings. This is the best download as it is pure and simple. I highly recommend.
I use this app a lot. Simple but efficient.

Worked great on OS 8 and older anyway this app can be updated for Os10 and up?
