Apnoid

Goal of this app is to improve your apnea ability
- without advertise or other gimmicks.
You exercise with CO2 and O2 tables. In Freestyle mode you can create your own tables. Training with your Contactions will exercise your Struggle Phase. Apnea Walk increases your CO2 tolerance.

As a challenge, you can train your Personal Best, determine gradually your limit with Progressive O2, or to find out, how little you have to breathe in a quarter of an hour .

Breathing exercises , music playlists or visual impressions in the form of slideshows prepare you for apnea .

With audio feedback you don't need constantly to look on your screen but can totally relaxed closing your eyes . The haptic feedback ( vibrate ) is also suitable for training, without having to look at the display. For each exercise , you can compile playlists and train with music .

A real trainer partner. Everything is adjustable (well, almost...) great help files per training. Tried several other apps, by far the best, even though it looks old school and not chick , it actually does what it should. I'd love to see an option for "1 minute announcement" also for the breathup between "hold", but it's a miniscule issue.

i really like this app because it is free, no ads, nice and esy interface an calculates the tables itself. Things to polish: Shorter times in freestyle, sync voice with actual countdown, improve a bit the graphs and make the help ofline. Im not a freediver but i wanted to increase mu lung capacity because i like to swim i have recomended it to a few friends who also like it. pd the app automaticaly sets the volume on my phone feom silent to sound

The best app I've seen so far. Very detailed with good explanations for every exercise. (How to do it, whats it for and some background info) Everything is in order and easy to find. And another plus: I haven't seen ANY ads! Very well done!

Easily the best apnea training app! I have tried using over five other popular apnea apps, and this one by far outshines them. It's UI is admittedly not the prettiest, but it provides the most features, no intrusive advertising, and above all the voice commands are calm and soothing. I have one suggestion, add some Wim Hoff style breathing exercises with dire warnings about their risks in water.

ui does not look like in the description (text has braces around) but everything works fine. i am not interrested in apnoe diving at all, but i use it as an alternative for meditation because it matches exactly what i need...

Someone put a ton of time into this app! My other trainer is as good as my phone timer in comparison....so diverse and practical. Pranayama too...just wow. Well done creator(s)!!!

Very buggy and choke full of irrelevant features, made my phone turn off too.

Why does this app auto adjust my volume levels on my phone? Is there a way to disable that?

Definitely the best app so far. The O2/CO2 tables are according to max, which is Ok, most important is the fact that i can change via settings

Definitely the best apnea training app in the store! True, more than average difficult to learn how to use the menu, but it's functionality rules!

Most comprehensive apnea app out there. Way more content than paid ones, only let down by a slightly clunky UI, still very manageable tho!

Trying to figure it out. Just heard about apnea training. Is there a demo to get someone started? Also checked out the playlists to add music. All music types so far are greyed out. I tried .mp3 .ogg .mid and .wav .

I tried a few different apps and this one is by far most impressive
