The app doesn't allow me to sign in with my account. I thought it was because I was signed in on the website so I logged out but, the app still didn't allow me to log in. So disappointing considering I use this site a lot. I just bought a whole bunch of Christmas presents last night too.

Very disappointed with this company. I received the wrong item so I called to have it taken care of and ended being told to leave my name, number, and e-mail and that they would get back to me. 4 days later I finally got to talk to someone and told them the situation and they tell me that according to their records that's what I ordered but they would exchange it for the correct item if I send it back but that I'm responsible for paying for the return shipping! No thanks, I'm not paying you to fix your mistake that you say you didn't make! Never using this site again and most definitely would NOT recommend using to anyone but someone I dislike.

Braindead customer service. Ordered a model kit, one that was a part of a set, shipping took longer than estimated. When it finally arrived they sent me the wrong one. Ok it happens, I reach out and 2 days later I get a response about it, they said I can keep the incorrect one and they'll send the correct kit. When the replacement arrives it's the same incorrect one. The excuse is despite their site having a picture of the one I ordered the incorrect one was the right one.Refunds taking forever.
