App crashes when trying to upload files. App very confusing layout and navigation. Contacted support and no response. Product is clearly in mind for Apple/Mac user others are a add on. Buyer beware! Promise used to be a standard in IT industry it seems that edge is lost. Running the latest version of app and Android 10. Installed and reinstalled multiple time same result. Still stand by original review.Not a beta tester or developer. I have moved on. Logs have been sent to Promise Support as stated above no reply or support. Previously had register account on website and relayed details. As stated before no reply in support has been received. Have moved on!
Switching between SD and HD photos doesn't make any difference, HD still looks like SD and the HD icon doesn't highlight. This feature used to work in earlier versions, broken now. Please fix.
I like the app.. Only thing I dislike is I need to open the app to back up my photos. Would be nice for it to just happen at least daily.
Display needs to be optimised for pixel 5 but still functions and I love this system
Waited months for the update hoping it would do what the iOS app does, which is keep the HD setting ON for videos but everytime you choose a different video it switches back to the SD setting... please fix. iOS app shouldn't be better than the android version, it should be the same
Landscape mode doesnot work, so cant read long file names!,No option to use external video/audio player.., No option to select folder for usb transfer , No background play, No option to adjust playback speed , no option for offline storage Very basic level tool
Not able to change language interface on PC. No option to sync HDD volumes. If you want to have a sync backup, you must use the Apollo folder and therefore have all your backup duplicated. Hope next releases will fix these issues
The app crashed 3 times and failed to load my video for over 30 minutes. When I finally got the video to play, the app crashed immediately after
In the this version of the app, HD mode doesn't work for photos, it still shows the SD version. I checked this on the iPhone version and it works fine. Please fix
It has taken me 4 days to back up 9k pics. Constant supervision is required to keep the phone or computer from going into screen saver. Also app stops instead of pass bad files, so your attention is required for the grueling task of backing up thousands of pictures. I've used better back ups in the past.
