Like some others decided to buy this and was extremely frustrated after spending 2 days trying to set up the App on my Samsung Galaxy S8 I think the company needs to change their App Developer as this one clearly hasnt got a clue It is so complicated it just keeps crashing When it did work and I switched my phone off and on I then had to start from scratch again I have other apps for various WiFi cameras I own which work flawlessly but this one is rubbish I did consider returning it but after considering what the freight was going to cost and the chances of getting any refund have decided to throw it in the bin
App is garbage. Has not been updated since 2016 & no other update is available. Not sure why they are still selling this product when the company apparently looks like they have went downhill or probably discontinued this camera. Total waste of time if u have an upgraded phone like most people do. Taking it back to micro center asap. Don't waste your time or money. I should've read the reviews 1st.
worked great for about a year, then just stopped broadcasting, called support & still waiting on my call from them, I used the reset button but nothing's working with this either 👹
Zero stars.. why are they still selling this product? It doesn't work. It doesn't connect. Keep saying no internet in the app but but my phone WiFi/ internet says otherwise. Just trash this product and stop selling it.
4 useless cameras. Can't connect to wifi. Keeps crashing. Android app out of date. Last updated 2016. Will not recommend camera. Should be taken off the market.
Does not work called tech support they said to try another phone or tablet. Tech support was unless. This camera and app would have to improve to get the status of p.o.s. waste of time and money.
Excellent dummy camera, won't connect. Got 2 of them from Micro, not connecting. Now using as dummy camera till get something else
Does not work should have reviewed other people's. Micro Center should not be selling this. Camera is good but no use if software does not work. Waste of time.
Does not work with latest version of android 10. I have to keep my old android 5 phone around.
I have done everything it says and it has connected to my wifi but the app says it cant connect to the camera
Just got this camera from my doorstep and over an hour now and the app is saying my 10 new email is invalid.
Software out of date as well as the security certificate. Motion detection requires cloud service.
I don't want to leave a star, your product is no good, it keeps saying that my email is invalid and I don't know why. A waste of a Christmas gift. 🤔
compatibility with new android versions. You have to go back to your 2017 android phone or buy another camera. This time make sure to buy ethical brand.

App is garbage and camera is garbage. Luckily I got the camera for free. Wouldn't even make it through the setup. Threw it in the trash, good riddance.
It's an old camera and an old app. The camera works great and runs well on my phone that's an older version of android. It won't work very well on anything past Android 8.0. I don't know about Apple. Don't get the camera if you don't have an older phone to run it off of. It doesn't have an SD card input so you have to record directly onto your phone but I'm okay with that since I'm just going to use this phone for this camera. The quality is still good. Do I recommend it? Probably not.
