After installing the app on another phone cannot register as no SMS is getting delivered to the new no. Nor the old no. Seems this app is no longer supported. Which means I would need to junk the device.
Yesterday I had tested my glucose level and today I am not able to test my glucose level. When I try to login glucose it is not opening. Just uninstalled the app and tried but it's of no use. I am using the app since 2018. This time it's very horrible.
it's not saving new readings. new updates are not getting install even after multiple attamps. as the device associated does not have stand alone display and completely dependent on mobile application to view and save sugar level.please fix this issue
I had very good experience with this app. I would have given 5 stars but recently I found it has stopped the facility of sharing the result with others. I used to share it with my wife which was an automatic process. Thar was a reason of my purchase as I had found it difficult to inform her manually every time I checked my BS. Thanks. Anurag Sharma.
Worst app. I use Mi 5 phone and this app keeps crashing. I installed only because it measures blood sugar wirelessly, however the app doesn't even captures the readings (8 failed attempts in 11 tests). The worst part is the device has no display!!!
I am not able to access this app as I m not getting the OTP. It's been 2 months now n now without the app I can't use the instrument. Pls rectify my issue as early as possible
Innovative and useful! But the glucometer does not show result if the Internet gets disconnected while testing. Needs some improvement in that aspect.
This app is not able to send OTP. Tried multiple times but without OTP can not register and proceed. Hence , no use for me
The app stopped sync all of a sudden... Not sending otp when trying to reinstall.. Helpdesk is pathetic, does not pick up call..
I will give 0 star, very very bad app. After given mobile no. Many time & click submit . But no OTP send or no any other option given.
The App is good only parts. The prescriptions & lab reports are not uploaded promptly. Even after two years of consultation not a single prescription has been uploaded.This creates hardships in ordering medicines etc. Needs lots of improvements as an ongoing process.
Worst app. Doesn't allow me to book video consultation. Not user friendly. When selected BMI it is asking to enter the data in Celsius which is meaningless.
Greetings to developers We are happy to say app is good to use by senior citizens very easily. But when we change to new mobile old readings are not showing, please rectify this issue
Fail to receive OTP . Did all tricks of uninstalling but of no help.
It's good bt need a improvement an need a some updates,like checking history delete an photo upload delete options and clear History.....
Very worst app I had come across, unable to open the password /OTP site to move further.
Gets struck in validating phone number page. No OTP is sent. Unable to use the application
Just uploaded the app 3 times..but same issue repeats. No option to login as a guest although th screenshots here displayed show otherwise. The OTP ( India mobile) never comes nor registration button.. Very disappointed. As already mentioned by othr pain reviews..what is the point of not having a manual reading on th pen drive, and use th app only as a storage of data. So limited in so many ways, and I already feel like I bought a cat in a bag.
