App-Bike

Terrible. The bikes were very rusty and not maintenanced properly. After one hour did we realize that on one of the bikes the break was slightly on when riding, therefore was super hard to pedal. The app barely worked, we had to spend 30 minutes just to end the rental, app kept on failing. Such a shame, the idea is good behind it.

This app is terribly written. Hardly anything works! Get stuck in bugs all the time and just can't get out of that screen. Had to reinstall. Still haven't been able to hire a bike. Just doesn't work.

The weak point is the lock opening. Power-draining and erratic performance. Frustrating given the very positive aspects of the app and bikes.

Hired two bikes today for 10+ miles around Chichester. Really easy to operate, hire and return bike. Handy lock for stops on the journey, operated by the app for good security. Would highly recommend.

Got charged for 24hours when I only used for 1hour, I specifically made sure they were locked and signed out when I left them back. So for that they get 1star

Honestly the best app ever, never seen anything better would give 100 stars if possible.

Didn't work at all 4 bikes sitting there and would not unlock any of them. Waste of time

Instructions terrible. Locking up took 10mins. Nearly went over the hour.

Works fine. Little fiddly to start with but does the job. Using a nexus 5.

The app is not able to unlock the bikes with a Google pixel 2, I've tried on several bikes, restarting the app, ensured Bluetooth is enabled, etc. Other android users have been able to unlock the same bikes no problem.
