This app is good for having a view of the channel list available under a particular package. Also, there are lot of packages available for the users to select. However, there is no way to customize the existing package as per user's choice. The only way to get all our favourite channels is to combine few of the packages or to just add one or more channels, but no way to remove channels from the chosen package.
useless d2h connection. there is no customer care at all. if by mistake even it gets connect to customer care, there will put you on hold and never comes back. no channel comes properly. they always get struck like a cd player. signal quality is tbe poorest i am suffering a lot with the connection. never ever buy this connection
I called many times to customer care. And i see they don't care about their customer. Now a days i am unable to reach customer care as every time getting message line is busy, ant time i tried calling and getting same meessage. I am unable to see any details on my account. Customer Id, Due date, as of now balance and all options which visible under account information. I am able to see message as information not available. Today my recharged is over however not received any reminder.
I really didn't like this app. Very sad about d2h. I got multiple connection and selection of channels has become a task. Their website response is real slow.
Pathetic app!! Rates showed on the app is incorrect. There's absolutely no updates. Try recharging and it'll tske you to paytm. Most of the stuff not up to date. Uninstalling the app and disconnecting my connection.
very worst service. i try to buy remote control for more than 2 months. but the customer care number is not connected. please dont go to the service provider
Superworst Service... never ever buy Videocon d2h. I repeat Never Ever. Even after sending mail to their Head Office, no solution. Recharged my connection as always.. they changed my ID without even informing me. Full Recharge amount wasted.
waste of time on app and waste of time in calling videocon customer care. They really don't want to help customer, and they don't want the customer. I belive so.
the app is not user friendly enough to either add or deduct an unwanted channel from the subscribed list . The subscriber should be able to alter or add or deduct channels , change plans & get things sorted out according to his /her preferences .
worst app ever installed ,customer care is also least bothered about the issue.. app does not work. even after multiple calls to cutomer care and creating our own package paid channels are not visible
Waste of time. We cant create a pack of our choice. And also cannot cancel channels we dont want. My opinion is that do not install this app.
It is easy to find the list of channels and It is also convenient to go through this app for selecting any extra additional channel available as per our requirement.
You cannot recharge your favorite channel in this app.. Full of advertisement. I have uninstalled it.
Needed to delete some of the channels subscribed but cannot find option,is this video can way of increasing their income
I wonder from where Videocon D2h makes app, it is such pathetic and so complex for users. A company like this should see that the app front is very user friendly. highly dissappointing.
Worst application, not getting recharge, even customer care number not getting connected. What service you people are giving
Auto closing app. Absolutely useless and stands nowhere in comparison to Tata Sky app

This app give you only channel info. You can't add or unsubscribe any channel.
Worst experience it has been 24hours they still can't fix a simple problem don't get videocon connection anyone
The app does not have any standard packages to choose from. Also it does not have list of HD channels to choose from. It should include packages offered by zee or sony and others. Overall, not a user friendly app, neither similar options are available on the site. I feel that all individual packages offered by TV companies should be made available, and HD channel selection can be on package basis or individual channel basis. Videocon can charge their charges as service provider.
