It stops working a few days after installing. No error, just doesn't notify anymore. Then you spend hours with HSBC support, they can't fix it, and tell you to create a new account. It works, just to stop working again a few more days later. Piece of manure this app. Fire all developers, testers and especially the product owner.
Trash app!, won't even open. It say's the app cannot open on a rooted device. The main app issues a similar warning but it opens regardless. This one doesn't, just warns and closes. You dont get to decide how I use my phone. I am a developer so root is a must. I even disable root to try and use your trash app and still the same. For what I read is not even good, trash app.
It doesn't work anymore, I've tried to un install it re install it. It no longer works ir was good while it lasted. Súper easy to use. My card got cloned once and this app notified me of the transaction that led me to block my card in time before any more charges were made .
The app quite working about a month ago. There's no updates to my account and no notifications from the app anymore. It shows I have the same balance I had a month ago. Too bad I really used the app in the past.
I can't even access to the app. It keeps saying wrong user and password but I'm sure they're correct, I used them in the other app
Can't even use the thing... Keeps asking me to activate something called Verify apps in my phone's settings, I've checked everything related to that and everything is on, I'm on a S10+ fully updated.
It's not working correctly anymore. Doesn't show my transactions and it is not updating, only thing it does now is blocking my card but nothing else than that. Hope you fix it.
Months ago the app used to work fine simple and easy to use but recently with one of the updates the transactions history is missing, even now if I make a transaction this will not be recorded.
Cannot login into the app. I'm pretty sure the credentials are correct.
Difficult to login, does not allow to change password. Waste of time.
Overall very useful and efficient app, but it tends to fail at the most unexpected times and with the mobile data on
Terrible... It is not showing my transactions... It doesn't allow me to do anything... I have to go to the bank to make a transference... I am requesting for my payroll to be sended to another bank HSBC is one of the worst services I have received from a bank... Just avoid it if you have the chance...
For no reason this app just disabled and stop working properly, neither the bank knows exactly what it's happening with it
Too bad, my credit card was rejected in stores. I can't pay when I managed my credit card with app.

Have 2 HSBC CC. The app only works with one at a time. Cannot control more than one

Great app, give you complete control on your cards and its very easy to use
Worst banking app ever, I installed more than two weeks ago and only update once, any new transaction doesn't appear

Fine example of how bad banks can be at providing good user experience. Also, doesn't let you sign in with a password manager, which only make customers more vulnerable. Update Nov. 2019: cannot open the app. It's asking for Verify App (something Google introduced like 6 years ago and it's not even called that anymore). My phone is fully up to date with all security patches as of today.
