As an example, if an app lets you make phone calls, it will require phone call permission. So, if an app requires a permission for which it does not offer corresponding feature, there is a high possibility that the permission in being misused. As an example, if app uses phone call permission but it does not possess any feature to make calls, possibly the app could be misusing phone call permission and quietly adding burden to your pocket!

I wanted the ability to adjust permissions on an older tablet (running 4.4.2) but this just brought me to the system settings menu which says which permissions apps have. This does not seem to let you actually change them.
Pretty clean design and easy to use. This app manages both the downloaded and system apps according to categories of permissions and makes their management easier than using Android system menu or any other permissions manager.

Very comprehensive description of permissions and their purpose, but no way to control or edit them except by suggesting installing app. Tested on Android 5.1 lollipop.

Only lists permissions, doesnt actually help you change permissions. When you press the wrench to change permissions, just opens the phones standard built in permission manager.
