It consistently says "Oops! Something went wrong on our end, please try again." I have redownloaded, checked for app updates. I went to pay for part of my bill, and it took the whole price even after typing in the payment amount I wanted to pay and select pay.
It would be nice to have current readings since we now have smart meters. I'd like to see the daily usage and a daily figure of what my usage is costing me. This can easily be done and other utility providers are providing that service. The power company can see my meter from their home office but I can't see my meter from the app. Thats not smart.
It used to work really well. Not any more! Any time I try to sign in, it says, "Oops! Something went wrong on our end" No batter how many times I retry or wait and try to open and sign in, it just doesn't work.
They can't seem to fix their login page! Seems to be a very common problem with alot of people when trying to log in! Had the same issue last month too. I tried different versions of the Aep apps,no difference.
I use this app to report & check power outages at our home. It tell you when ur power should come back on & also shows where the actual outage is that affects you.
App no longer works. It doesn't allow me to log in anymore. I see everyone is having the same issue. I will just access the site from my browser. Time to uninstall!
Last update completely busted the app. No longer able to log in, "oops something happened on our end" ever since update. Yes, Uninstalled and reinstalled.
Samsung auto fill and biometric login do not work with this app for some reason. I have to put in my username and password, manually, like a cave dweller
Every time I try to make a payment i get an a message stating there is an an error with the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Please fix the issue.
Pure junk always says session timed out. They don't care to get your power back on in a hurry but sure do expect that money every month on time and now this garbage app won't even let you be able to sign in to pay on time.
Seems like a simple easy to use app. I would like to see, either in the app or on the website, a feature to submit your own meter reading.
It is always crashing. You cannot check your balance owed or anything. It's almost pointless having it.
A useful addendum to your monthly AEP bill. Keep abreast of electrical use, account status and costumer services 24/7. An incredibly useful and tremendously helpful app. Thank you!
Basic app redirect You sign in to this app and it sends you to your phones web browser to use the AEP website. So you might as well use your phones web browser to go to the AEP website. No point in having the app imo.
This app was great until the most recent update. No longer able to log in. Tried to uninstall and reinstall, no luck. Fix this please!
Hard to log into the only reason I download it was pay my bill and they want to charge for that I'll just keep standing in the mail. That's why I deleted it off my phone and won't try it again
Love being able to manage my bills and read and pay them. Also love the report power outage when you cannot do it from home b/c the power is out!
Very helpful. Better for people that have a hard time hearing and talking. Its more convientant.

Won't log in says loading your account info and it gets stuck there
This app is very handy, especially when my power goes out, and I am able to contact the company to get it restored.
It's been almost 1 year since I made the first review and this app still sucks and don't work. You'd think as much as they're charging for electric that they could afford to have an app that works. Oh, you can pay on their website... where the greedy bastards charge you to make a payment. Come on already! Stop ripping of people! Most of the time it says it can't access my information and won't even sign in. 5/8/22 - still doesn't work, pretty useless. Just delete it already.
