Cant login. Saying invalid parameter passed when i enter my phone #. didnt have this issue when i originally installed. After i logged out, exited & went back in later on, i cant log back in due to that error. Ive uninstalled & reinstalled & still the same issue. 😒 bummer!
The AppCard app never works correctly. When you make purchases points aren't credited, when you reach status levels it doesn't update to the next level. There are three levels but no extra benefit to the next level. When you call customer service no one ever answers and when you leave a message you never receive a call back. I'm disappointed that a restaurant I frequent often still uses them. AppCard is maintained terribly and frustrating to use.
Everytime I try to clip a coupon it says temporary issue, it also doesn't have my receipts either. I have signed out and back in and still can't get it to work
I have never bought any of the coupons that is telling me to clip, also not receiving points on purchases, waste of space
The only thing is app is good for, is (sometimes) locating the nearest store, and to see how many points you have. Other than that, it's completely pointless. It's a "rewards" program, but there are no rewards mentioned anywhere.
I dont know what this app is supposed to do for me....it shows me my one store and continuously tells me no offers available at this time. Where are the coupons I can see when I go to the stores machine. It also shows me my visits which is great but pointless. I want to be able to go over my coupons before I go to the store. Obviously the updated didnt solve that problem
I downloaded the app at the suggestion of a retailer who participates in the AppCard. I am very disappointed to not have a registration card to fill in the form. Received the code instantly. Where is the card/registration number? The stores listed are 80 miles or more from where I live and shop. What use is the app if I can only purchase goods from 1 store listed on the app? I would like to have some answers before I delete the app as useless. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
Don't know why I would need this app for the Madison area, just one store. All it shows is the receipts and nothing more, says bonus points are on the way. Not worth a down load and I keep getting emails from odd places, not worth my time.
Tried to login and it stated that it doesn't recognize my number and I was never mailed a card. This is very suspicious for an app to once upon a time to be working and now doesn't even have any of my information. This is why I don't like to trust APPS due to these types of era's that continue to occur. If this is not resolved I will no longer participate in this App Program.
Just signed up for the app in store & registered it on my phone about a month ago. Hopefully I'll earn enough points to actually get something worth my time putting in my phone # in everytime I buy groceries (which is pretty often since it's the only grocery store within about 20 mins from my house) and using up my storage.
the app usually works great. now in not receiving proof of purchase or points. I enjoy the rewards and look forward to the freebies. if the app is going to keep malfunctioning there will be no reason for me to frequent that store anymore
Wouldn't let me pick the store closest to me that I've been using and earning rewards at. Would let me do anything or see any receipts. Very frustrating. Deleted app right after download!
When I first downloaded the app it worked great. Last several months though it won't work. I've deleted and reinstalled several times still won't work.
This is a good app to keep up with your rewards points you collect from daily shopping. Its very easy to use and is very simple to read, and keep up with your points earned...
Downloaded app add phobe number does not send text or call to verify. Go to the web sit and can log in but doesnt let you change password. Useless if can't verify my acount through the app.
Product is average at best. Much better options out there. Customer service is poor. Recently canceled after 3 years. Was told it takes 30 days to cancel for which I will be charged an additional month ($125). This is simply unethical business practice. Find someone who loves you back for your hard earned money.
Good app just needs a new way to login or the ability to change your info. I updated my phone number and lost all my points because it creates a new account instead.
I have never deleted an app so fast. Saw some ads in the store, installed it, but app card app didn't even let me create an account.
Does not work. A purchase i made a day ago is not reflected and the receipt does not show up under receipts. So far this has been waste of memory and disk space on my phone
Appcard works great. I once thought there was an issue but the support team quickly resolved it. I highly recommend this app.

I have registered through a store and upon adding this application, unable to authenticate my information requesting to sign in. There are no options to use email to sign in. Only phone number. The application should offer alternatives aside from just the phone number to sign into the account
App refuses to load any information. Just says "Refreshing store list" endlessly. Uninstalled and reinstalled, installed on a different device. Nothing works.
Points have NOT been getting added to my account. The store has requested a fix many times. But they are getting ignored by the company. I have almost a month of Points that have not been added, and for a person that spends 50-100 dollars a week. I value and appreciate those Points. Very disappointing!! Do better!!
