Payments do not work. Moonton needs to ditch this app, they are undoubtedly losing a lot of money due to failed purchases. The old method of payment directly through Google pay was superior. You can try to use it yourself, but the payment will fail at the end, so don't be surprised!
Very dissapointed. I used to make purchases without any inconvenience. Why would I have to validate my card in the app when It's been always valid? I tried to make a $2.99 purchase and It became to a really annoying process that didn't let me finish up. On top of that, I got charged $1 plus tax just for validating my card with a 4 digits code which, I haven't received. Don't try this app please!
This app was a royal pain. The way the app works makes no sense when trying to make purchases. I want to remove my wallet from the app but theres no choice anywhere to do that. I had verified everything and it still didnt work even though I filled out all everything necessary. Though when it asks for the adress its required to fill in the apartment/floor section even though I don't live at one. The customer support is very slow as well. I suggest not to use this app its not worth the headache.
Error when I try to confirm my card. Error when I try to top up. Error when I try to purchase in applicaton! Already charge twice for confirmation, and guess what? Exactly, another error! Stay away! I just bought diamonds from mobile legends through this app because i have no choice. And as expected i was charged for the purchase but was not credited the diamonds. I do not even have any credits showing on this appcoins wallet app. i have received a confirmation from paypal that i have been charged. I knew better but decided to give this a chance. big mistake! so save yourselves the hassle and stay away from this app.
Its very good and reliable to make payments to banned games and apps. But they charge too much. Reduce the fee for upi payments, because they are the easiest and you will get 5 stars.
Not helpful at, all. I'm forced to use this so called wallet app and it makes buying stuff morr stressful. Don't ask them for help because it's only computers talking to you. I been trying to get them to answer one question but only get automated responses.
Already installed, but cannot connect to the game. Every time make a purchase in game, its always direct to the website and asked for installation. Such a bad apps. And google play cannot be used as a payment.
Forces us to install for our game top ups but is not even working properly. So annoying app and it's app like a scam, how to remove this fckng app from game payment. I've deleted it and restarted my phone, when I made a payment again it was directed to this damn application through the browser.
Its totally a wasted i recharge diamond for mobile legend you ll not received diamond after deducting the amount from you account. And also they won't show any transaction history. It's all about scam. Don't trust this app.

When I try to make an in-game purchase, the app did not respond at all. And I can't withdraw the money that I have put it in this app. I would give 5 star if this app work the way that is should work, what a let down applications. Do not waste your time using this app.
To be honest, genuine app, "i saw many people's giving 1 star and complaining didn't receive the items in MLBB game, it took two minutes to update in game " after two minutes just restart the game , purchased items will be updated. BIG SCAM. Was charged twice. Confirmation messages does not contain 4 digit code. Also, in app support do not respond to inquiries, same goes with their email.
Stupid App, Showing error everytime I try to use my wallet money. Due to which my money got blocked in this application as I'm unable to use the same. Contacted their support, but nobody replying over there.

I took a risk and use this app despite the bad ratings and it surprisingly ais easy to use and easy to understand. I bought dias for my game MLBB. Just make sure that after you purchased the dias, close you game and re-enter your game and voila the dias will be there.
I usually use google play to make payment directly. Especially i have credits balance in the google play account. I not surw why the mblgbb game keeps forward me this this app. And this app cannot link to google play credits.

Ok, so I was able to fix my recharging issue! It so haopens, that you most likely won't be able to recharge properly with just your Card (Credit Card, Debit Card)! So you need to get Paypal instead, register there your Account and Card, so only after that, you will be able to pay with no problems! Just press Top Up, and Select your Paypal as recharging method!!! So, now I will rate it 4 stars, until Credit Card payment is fixed!
