Appen Mobile Recorder

Just like the majority of other users, when I install the app and enter my email address, project number, and PIN, I keep getting a server error and that I should try to connect again later. My Internet connection is fine with all the other apps on my phone. Even when I try to send feedback using the Contact Us link on the app, a server error appears saying "Unable to send feedback. Please try again." Utter waste iof time.

This is a tool for working for Appen. It works, but it is not the best. I get "no wifi" errors after pressing back from a task session even though I was using LTE. Also you have to sign in again if you exit the app by pressing back. I would suggest changing the app to allow you to remain signed in for 5 minutes or some other short period of time. Overall, Appen is a great company and pays well. Thank you Appen.

I have been trying for months to get this app to work for Appen assignments. I've tried multiple apps on different servers and there is nothing that I can do to get this app to work. It's the same problem that everybody else says that they're having "network error can't connect to Appen server please try again later". Is it possible that you all create an update so that this app becomes useful to complete assignments?! I have emailed you all multiple times but have never received any response.

For months I have not been able to get past the Terms and Conditions page. It always gives me a Network Error and says that it Can't connect to Appen server. Please try again later. I have tried numerous times, at different times throughout the day, for months and it just won't work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I've cleared cache and data. Nothing helps.

I am getting the message "Cant connect to Appen Server. An internet connection is required to resume session" midway through a session. This is ridiculous. Every other app that uses internet but this works. You need to fix the bugs in the app.

The application is nice but still needs a lot of improvements. Basically sometimes it clears the videos automatically when pressed back and we have to record the video again. Again if some tasks are not even assigned are available in app. Please resolve it.

This is no longer the main app for Appen projects. Appen Beta is the preferred app but no one bothered to mention it. Sadly, didn't even complete work on time due to this and new app is a bit annoying as it lists all the work you did, applied for and approved for in the same area

Everyone has same issue appen mobile recorder is showing blank screen and also there is no option to record . When I tried checking regarding the solution online in Google search it shows project is not allocated. I have sent email regarding the issue to customer care.awaiting respose. I will go with 1 star for now. If the issue gets resolved I will change rating.

doesn't work as intended on my device--constantly looking to connect to server, even though anything else I try to do works fine with connection I have. It would be nice to have an app that works with Windows devices so we could actually complete tasks

I was unable to proceed further after accepting terms and conditions of the application. It very frustrating and unable to contact because it requires pin which was never created nor provided by the employer. I feel that it's just a click bait app and used for collecting sensitive users Mobile information. Please refrain from download it. It will breach your phone security and privacy.

Wonderful! Easy to use & all functions work properly & efficiently. I highly recommend using this app to complete projects offered through Appen. They are a great way to supplement your income and are mostly extremely easy to complete, it's a legitimate work from home company, the payouts offered are well worth the amount of time invested in completing projects. If you can afford to wait until the proper time to submit invoices to collect payment, it is absolutely worth using. I'd give 10 stars!

Haven't been able to get past terms and conditions for days on end. Caused me to miss out on more than one project and some good $$$ due to this error that according to other reviews, has been happening for nearly two months.

Can't even get past the terms and conditions prompt due to a "Can't connect to Appen server" error message, and all support could tell me is to wait two days and it SHOULD go away. Well it hasn't, and I'm missing out on money. This is a very disappointing app.

Worst app... Not all projects available.not smooth and user-friendly.login page itselfs seems to be wrong. It has a tab title projects. When you login it shows very few projects.image uploading is not supporting properly. Struggling to do my first project. This is really letting me down.

Same issue as everyone else. Blank screen when I log in. After several login attempts I finally got what seems to be two screens merged into one and I can't read anything. How are we supposed to work on this project when the app is screwed up?

When I was clicking at the job nothing was happening, it was like app is hang. Then after a minute it just said "Thank you for doing the job." I didn't even did the job. The app has done this several times like It says job done even it's not. The app would be fine if this problem will be solved.

I absolutely love this App!! My advice is to wait for the App to confirm the videos were uploaded. Even though it says the App will continue in the background, it's safer to just wait. And if there is any issue with the pin not working request a new one! I have done 2 projects and received my money on a Payoneer Card. I made good money too!

I received the email telling me that I have qualified for a project and need to do first task immediately. But how can I done my task if the app is no use? I can't register, it keeps telling Cannot connect Appen server. Then I failed also to filed a complaint on the "help" button. Seriously though 😑

Have same issue as was mentioned before - blank screen after pushing "I agree" button. I've written to help e-mail, but they redirected me to Appen website helpdesk, which is still not answering. I have a Samsung A50 with latest version of Android

Got a lot of jobs from Appen but never could access the app. it always shows that cant connect to the server. Better dont send me any job again when it's always like that.

Great app! Worked flawlessly. At the start I had to try only 3-4 times to connect to their server which is normal. Worked 6 hours in a row thx to the home button, I could take breaks.

This app is crashing a lot. For eg. I have done my half work and it will stop responding, the update mechanism is very slow, the work is mentioned on website but not updated here. This app need a lot of improvements

Idk what they did, but it leaves a blank screen on the projects page. Can't do anything. 5/29 - assigned to another project, redownloaded app still doesn't work.

This app is terrible you can never connect to appen server. You ask for assistance and you are told to remove the app and install it again, I have done that over 5 times and it still doesn't connect.
