I bought this appisode for my granddaughter, because she loved the Sheriff Calli appisode, but after 3 attempts to download and much research online for help, still I get error code 963 just as it starts to install. Now I'm afraid to purchase anymore appisodes and getting the same error.

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO DOWNLOAD THIS GAME FOR OVER A HOUR I WANT MY REFUND AND WILL NEVER DOWNLOAD THIS EVER AGAIN!!!!!
