I enjoyed using the app at contactless store but I was only able to do it once. Now my app will not generate any QR code to open the door and I don't know how to fix it.
One of the most user-friendly application I ever use. One suggestion if there would be an English language added as an option will make our life easier in Poland using zabka service 🙏.
While I love the stores, the fact that the app has no language setting is disappointing. I buy at Zabka a lot, but took me 3 months to know that there's an app and now I have installed the app, I can't understand much of what it says – missing out on many offers. A simple option to change the language would be great and make it expat friendly.
The app is very well done but it's only available in Polish 🥲
i downloaded the app to test it (even if the app language is polish and there is no market in Turkey),it looks cool,but there are some issue i want to share to make your app better 1. The app size on both android and ios is high which is coming from high quality pics you are using in your app i think 2. There are some technical issues when using: share element animations/scrolling/and navigating between pages 3. response time sometimes are really high and app will look not functional at the time
App is good, let you collect reward points. The downside here is not having the option for choosing languages. Hard to believe not having at least an English option with so many expats in the country.
Impossible to register. I tried it to login via Facebook and the regular way. In both cases got pop-up window about error to accept terms and conditions. Issue got solved indeed so changing from one to five stars. 🙂
I am using this app for about 2 weeks. It's really responsible, well designed and works as I expected. The only thing I don't like is empty placeholder, without any progress bar above a section. You will never know what will be there... XD Expecially when my Internet connection is low. Anyway, great app. 5/5
Very responsive and quick, could you please adjust RTL layout though? Format of price is pretty confusing.
I am 100% sure that your reply will be 'I Will Forward Your Opinion To Our Team'. This app has refused to sign me up and even worse, it's not in English. Zabka has millions of customers from different parts of the world, and unfortunately it has refused to let me sign up. Rectify this as quickly as possible, it's annoying and frustrating.
The only drawback is that this app is in Polish making it useless for huge English speaking population in cities that use zabka. Request if an English version can be made available.
Great app, but it would be better if you add English language asap. Also online payment would be great when you order.
i like this app but i have a suggestion that when you open the app at the top then the bar code is already shown to allow for quick scanning.

How long should we wait for the english version cz it looks like its a decade. Even your team code in english, then why don't you make it a priority cs its not hard as it seems, I'm a developer myself.
Needs a bit of work, like search bar for products that you can exchange for points.

A misleading app, it is Expat unfriendly. So, guys please learn polish before installing or using this app.
If there's a "sparse" special offer on a particular article it works hella badly. You cannot use any code and benefit any promotion in the long run.
Disappointing. How hard is to make an English version. There are a lot of expats in Poland.

I would have given zero stars if it was possible. A good idea with a horrible implementation. The app doesn't state you need a Polish SIM card to be able to use it at all. Only when you contact the help line do you hear that its necessary. So you stand like a fool outside their shop, download and install their app and then have no way of purchasing anything. The support doesn't see this as an issue at all. Bonkers
