Used to be good. Very poor now. Do not give out the proper rewards for completing offers! Not worth your time. Better ones put there that pay out straight away. Good at communication initially but when I had to complain again I've heard nothing!!!
Do not waste your time. When you complete a hard task and you don't get the reward that is promised, you will be very frustrated. Then, they will say to apply for missing reward, and they'll give you a bonus that is half of the promise points. They also encourage you to spend money to complete the task faster with the promise that they'll pay you but not always. Do not download.
The app stopped working. Every time I try to open it I get a blank screen and then have to close the app to do anything else on my phone.
This app started out amazing. Lots of points and payouts! I made $200 in less than three months....however for the last several weeks I have been unable to do playtime rewards it just keeps telling me that there are none available. A friend of mine who signed up under me is also having this problem since she first signed up. We have both emailed support regarding the issue multiple times with no response. If this gets resolved I will change my rating.
The app won't even let me load on the page and I haven't been able to get 1 payout because it just will not load
The points register quite fast and accurately. I find that some offers involving downloading other cash reward apps and completing an offer there are less likely to score because those apps themselves are slower at registering your task. Basically, appKarma>other cash reward apps. More importantly, the customer service is nice! I sent an email not having too high of hopes, but they were able to help my situation in time. (Thank you for your service!)
Disappointed. No points after completing the offer, no response from the customer service for missing credits.
I have to give this app a 0 star, because I have 2 offers that I completed but didn't receive the rewards. When I clicked on "help" it doesn't have any options for support whatsoever, but it had a link to "rate us". So I'm doing that now, by giving you 0 stars for customer service. If you want a rewards app that takes care of their people, go to MODE. They make it easy to make a claim and will grant full rewards with a snapshot that proves the completed offer.
If you get that bug fixed, develop a way to see what is spent on the app(since you can tell if we buy something as apart of the requirements idk why this would not be possible)so we don't have to spend hrs doing screenshots and looking for specific purchases, I will change this to 5*. Also it would be really helpful if the offers we've done, didn't stay in the list. I remove them but they're back next time I go down the list. Can you make them stay removed? These things waste a lot of time!😒
Zero stars. I have to email them almost daily. No payouts for in app purchases or game rewards. Literally have to beg. I bought a gift card and I never received it. They tried to cover it up by giving me SOME of my points back. They didn't even replace all of the points! Customer service is a joke. Run.
I don't recommend this app at all. I've completed my offer (around 12000 points offer) where I had to get to level 20 in Mafia city. I completed the offer and I ended up without getting any points. I reached out to the apps support team, and dear lord it takes them days to respond, and when they do, they don't do anything about the issue. They just keep asking for the screenshot that I have already sent TWICE. Dont waste your time until they fix this and actually hire normal user support team.
Do not download this app, it's a complete waste of time and a scam. I completed an offer up to level 200 and didn't get any reward, there's a link where it is stated that you can apply for your missing reward. I tried to access the link but it's shows error loading, I couldn't access the link to apply for my reward, they use you to play their games and watch hundreds of ads and you never get points for it.
didn't get the reward point for world war rising that I went through appkarma to download, sent a email got 1000 point for the issue but I don't get any karma plays for it even after completion. wish for some kind of points for after karma plays are used up. I'm starting to lose interest because of how many offers require a in game purchase, or surveys apps that never end.
Constantly says I need to turn off 'opt out of ad personalization' even though everything is enabled on Android 12 to share all my data including search history and websites visited. U guys are authorized to take all my data and still the app won't load.
I completed an offer in given time but no reward come to me. I waited for 24 hours and emailed the issue to support but they don't reply me. So I give it one star and I will change my rating when you guys solve the problem.
Excellent rewards platform, user-friendly interface, smooth reliable cashout process. Customer service is quick and helpful. Works properly during power saving mode and across multiple devices. The only problem I've had is that the scratch cards occasionally cause an error that forces me to close the app. (Disregard negative reviews about offer issues/requirements - they are through 3rd party services and AppKarma doesn't set the terms, contact Customer Service within 30 days for help.)
So I like the app BUT everything I click on says error or this offer is unavailable and I'm doing the ones on the first page then this last time it said warning you are dumping clicks your account will be monitored and reviewed? I can't do the offers if it says error. So I can't use the app now and there is NO way to contact customer service. Super frustrating. If customer support sees this and can help I'd be happy to use it and change my review.
completed several offers. met criteria like never downloaded before and time frame. they offer means of complaining and maybe getting the points but i do not want to do this after every offer. completed 3 different offers and did not get a point for it. i will use apps that actually give the rewards out in the future
I'm loving this app! I played one of the promoted offer games and got $25 quick (about a week which is quick for me). I was playing the game everyday (it was actually fun). After redeeming the $25 they then had an the option to get another $10 from the same game and I'm planning to do exactly that!
ok so this app is a little tricky at first but basically complete the tasks and get rewards. I did play the final fantasy and did not get awarded but there are clear instructions about what to email for point redemption. I have used a 5 and 10 dollar walmart card so it def. works. Use my refer code" gtspick " and make sure to invite friends with your own code so you get a kickback. Not perfect app but nothing is perfect anyways. Friendly hint, screenshot your tasks/offers!! Trust me, this helps!
I originally gave a 5 star review, but just after the review, I started having similar issues as others; No points for earned rewards, no points for in app purchases, and now I can't access my Karma plays. Matter of fact, I'm now the app says all of my apps I'm currently working through are all unistalled, even though they are indeed installed. When you contact customer service, it's takes at least 2 days for a response and they're rude. I've cashed out. Very disappointing.
