Apple Bank Online

Buggy peice of garbage. Check image capture does not work properly. App keeps on locking you out and you gave to uninstall and reinstall just to get updates. Apple Bank left note here that I should call them. I did and all I got was an irate uninformed customer service rep who was clueless. They were not able to solve a single of the issues I noted. Update Nov 2021 The app was updated and works much better

App itself is good.. however not being to fully use it to its max is frustrating 😒😤.. Not being able to use it to deposit checks, without having to physically go to the bank, is truly a hassle and an inconvenience. I was assured that this would happen by mid 2020... We started 2021 and still can not make deposits using my cellphone. Please make the change asap. All business accounts would greatly appreciate

Been good so far. One suggestion though: can you design the transaction feature to: 1. List pending payments as a transaction with the amount and vendor 2. Do not let the pending payment disappear until it is complete? Right the amount is deducted on the checking total but the actual transaction is not listed until it completes and if it remains pending more than 2 or 3 days it drops off altogether, even from the checking balance. Then when it clears, wallah, it just reappears again.

I am unable to make a mobile deposit because when I try to enroll the screen doesn't allow me to to read the policy. screen is stuck and can't continue. I've tried several times. Very disappointed. I can only use the app to look up info on accounts but I wanted the app so that I wouldn't have to go to the bank to make a deposit.

The mobile deposit is absolute trash, I can never deposit a check successfully, and it takes a day or two toinformed me the deposit was not accepted with no specific reason. It is as if the developer never compared their product with other banks'. It needs a lot of improvement, but I am more inclined to chamge this bank to a better one.

This app needs updates. It's nearly impossible to deposit a check and please don't tell me to call customer service!!!! The reject msg tells you unable to verify check and when you call them they can't explain why they are not able to verify!!!!

I don't like this. The design looks very dated. The landing page to make a new account looks super suspect. All of the images look too different from the logo I am used to. It is giving me spam vibes.

Only have partial access to account info.Unable to access bill pay or log off. Customer Service told me my Chrome App needs to be updated. Current version (78) is most up to date. Still can not use App to pay bills.

App not working. I had no previous problems until recently. I cannot get into my account. It just says "loading connecting to online banking please wait." Nothing happens. I uninstalled the app then installed it again. I am still having the same issue.

Very difficult to use. I have to put in a new password most time. The features are very much behind the times. No Zelle to transfer money to other people and other accounts. Paying bills is so difficult. Compared to other Banks

I'm elated they finally added the mobile deposit feature but it's an incredibly buggy and painful experience. It can definitely use some polish.

Login is slow and the fingerprint recognition doesn't work anymore but overall the app is better than the website. Does what it does.

Very convenient. I'm a new learner to mobile deposits and I found that to be a very rewarding experience because I didn't have to go to a physical bank. I'm a little old-fashioned so this was pretty exciting for me.

So far it's better than most of theses other websites "all looks,fancy pictures,all talk,no action after you pay,"at least it's straight forward and simple!

why do I have problems with my. I'D. and Password to Login it was so. easier a year or. two years ago every time I am given a different password and I put it. in and try. to Login it shows it's not correct I am. disgusting I can't manage my account on my mobile banking

Do NOT use for mobile deposit. It doesn't properly allow control and full size preview of deposited checks, so checks that are endorsed (as required) "for mobile deposit" become worthless to deposit at a branch. Terrible customer service with app transaction support.

I downloaded the Apple Bank Mobile Banking app using Google Play in order to deposit checks remotely. There is NO OPTION to deposits checks despite all the marketing materials saying there is. My local branch closes at 1pm and doesn't even allow ATM deposits. The telephone help line closed before the 3pm ET Saturday cutoff. Utterly useless App, ATM, and help line!

So far is been good, I haven't had any problems whatsoever with this application, I will continue to use it as long as it may continue to help me the way it has been do so far. Thank you guy's, keep up the good work 👏

I had Apple Bank for years before I even started using, Apple Bank Mobile Banking. I Love Apple Bank Mobile Banking. They have always been there for me. I can email them and they will get right back to me. Never had a Problem with them out of all these years. Thank you Apple Bank and Mobile Banking.. ###Be Safe!!

Greetings. I have been a customer of Apple Bank since the 90s and I thoroughly enjoy the features and services and the customer service when I have to go to the actual branch. And once they went online many years ago, it made banking services even easier. Thank you Apple Bank!

I desperately need this app on my new desk top, but can't get it done because it keeps referring to an old phone that's no longer in use. How do I get rid of the old phone out of the notification box so I can down load an app to my new devices?

Frequent network connectivity issues in Dec 2018. Blank screen when selecting mobile deposit. often works ok. other times days of unexplained problems.

I dowloaded this app in April for the purpose of depositing checks I had received. I was never successful in completing these deposits from home, thetefore I had to make the deposits at my local branch. In June I again attempted to deposit checks (I used the black background to take pictures of checks and followed all indications). I again had to visit the local branch to make deposits.

Displeased with the app. Every time I log in, it asks me to get a new Secure Access Code. I've told the app to remember me and it just cannot remember.

Works very well. Wish there was a way to be able to wire money to other people's accounts within the Apple network and outside the network.

Good, but the section for linking external transfers is slow and a bit difficult to understand.

I use this app to do online banking. I have not had any problems with checking my balance, checking on outstanding checks. I am very pleased with this app.
