This App fail to load most of time, have to keep shut down and reopen 3-4 time before it's loaded and I am talking about it's on a good day. It's way too much pop up advertising for a paid subscription product. You can't have the cake and eat it too!!

The start up screen keeps loading and then it either goes into indefinite loop or exits automatically for Samsung Note 9. Never happened before but this problem pops up after the mandate registration. Tried uninstall and reinstall many times but still does not work. Would program developer pls help to solve this.

Everything works fine except the section of comment, it stuck on the first page and I can't scroll it down, it happens since two weeks ago even i uninstalled and reinstalled it, still no change. someone said it is related to the app.

This app became incompatible with Android system 7.1.1 yesterday and the app kept closing (couldn't even access to the main page). Grateful if you could help fix the issue as my parents really wanna read the HK news on this app. Thanks!

Love reading news from Apple Daily, thank you. Just one issue: When I use Apple Daily app on Sony Xperia phones, only the first few comments can be viewed as the comment box cannot be scrolled down. Is there anything in the setting to fix this? The new update fixes the comment viewing issue. Thank you, Apple Daily. Please keep up with your excellent work!

Are u stopping people from reading news from the app or we need to pay?? Can't open articles to read in fill detials at all..... keep stating account not fully registered in chinese something like that.. Have mailed also no reply.. what is going on.. . I give up on the app... same for Next mobile app... seriously disappointed! ..... is the app free or not??? Was able to read last time.. till upgrade to new version....apple daily pls reply!

Basic app but easy to use. Sometimes doesn't differentiate between chinese and English articles which can be confusing.

I love apple daily.... But I have been waiting for a update patch to fix the loading issue for pixel 5 since Jan 2021, which has been 3months. I had restarted my mobile and that doesn't work... You can see lot of comments reporting issue happening on pixel 4a n 5...why there is no update launched yet?

I couldn't get any notification at all from my android phone. It is running android 10. I ensure the notification is enabled for this app. What else is missing?

The app is stuck forever in loading screen Pixel 4a. Tried re-install, reboot... doesn't work. Sent to their support email back in Feb 22nd, no follow-up from them. 20210307 - still not loading and stuck on splash page saying loading

Cannot open the app since last week. Tried retart phone, didn't work. Tried uninstall and install the app, also didn't work. Very frustrating to paid subscribers.

Unable to load the app, it stopped in the middle of the progress everytime. Not able to open it even with restarting the app

This app seemed to be incompatible with Android 11 two days ago. Right after my review, the problem was solved in 24 hours, very efficient indeed. Now, the app works on my Google Pixel 4a with Android 11.

Please improve the app opening speed. Huge difference when comparing to opening via browser. not about the app. English articles on the Web, the letter spacing is too wide.

Stop in the middle of opening the app. But Ok to read in website and to open other news app in the same device and network. Tried restart, reboot and even reinstall.

I'm using Samsung DeX, but the current app does not support. It will be very appreciated if the App can work within DeX environment. Can you consider? Thanks!!

App was fine in the past but it keeps telling me to complete registration before continuing to read and it could not be completed for some reason even though I had followed the instructions.

The best news platform in Hong Kong ever. The only one who will speak up and the only one who will speak out the truth without fear of the government. The government keep trying to kill this but it stand still without problem. Anyway, The best news platform ever.

Too much pop up ad. Please reduce the amount of ads, it is a subscription service now. Pop up ads should only exist when it was free.

Can't open on android pie buy I could access via the app news notifications the specific news and other content. Very bad app design and how could u expect subscription.

Paid for subscription until Sept. However after I selected to unsubscribe after the end of my current subscription, I have lost access to the content immediately.

unable to scroll on FB comments section. Tried installing again to no avail. This a very important feature, please fix.
