Apple Knight: Action Platformer

This game is lots of fun with options for gamers of all levels. It's a platformer, so the controls really need to be very tight (i.e., precise), and the developers did a solid job with that. Plus, it has controller support(!), which takes it to another level for me because of the tactile experience of buttons. The game is free with ads, but the number of ads isn't too overwhelming, and you get quite a bit of rewards for watching, especially if you do so voluntarily. Overall, a great experience.

Game's got it all. Great sidescrolling platformer, controller compatible, HIGHLY recommended!! You don't have to watch ads, unless you choose to, and any in game purchase, even just .99¢ removes adds. As for in game purchases, most of them can be bought with either real money, or coins from the level, making relatively few items behind a pay wall. Ads, and micro-transactions are by choice only, and not necessary. So it's not only a GREAT platformer, but really considerate of players! AWESOME!

A decent, stylized action platformer that's challenging to play thanks to its true and tested formula: simply enjoyable but difficult to master. Later stage at world 3 will give new players the game's rite of passage. Controls are sharp and precise, just remember there's a delay of a fraction of a second before you can dash again. I feel like hard difficulty is how this game was supposed to be played, it has the perfect balance of challenge and reward for me.

I think it's a fun, niceooking pixelated game. It's a bit short, i finished it in 2 days, but after I finished it i still had a lot of better gear to buy to upgrade my character and you can play the levels again on harder difficties. Then there is also the infinite adventure mode where you have 1 life and you try to survive for as long as possible. So even after you finish the game there's lot to do. And I absolutely love the pixelated graphics.

This game is a good phone game. Solid game play. A bit repetitive, but an nice over all platform game. Some of the in game purchases lack something to be desired, but game developers need to make a living. All in all, good game. Especially, when you have some time to kill. Yeah, like bathroom breaks. Just don't sit for too long, your legs will fall asleep. 😄

This is an amazing and beautiful game, one of the best RPGs I've played in a while (so far, at least. Lol I haven't played too much of it tbh). The only complaint I have, though, is a problem with the ads. It's not that it interrupts my gameplay, but when I play an ad to get coins/apples. The recent problem is that whenever I play an ad to get coins/apples, almost instantly, the ad stops and my app shuts down and kicks me out. A great game regardless, but Developers, please fix this!

Gameplay and graphics are superb, but the ads are functionally broken. You're able to cheese through any level if you keep watching ads to revive (a con on its own), but many of them won't let you back into the game once you watch them, forcing you to restart the level (even after you've completed it). I've never experienced this with any other game. Also, gameplay related, the spike obstacles are ridiculously overpowered. How am I supposed to know if I should fall down a hole to keep exploring?

This game is really good, the gamplay is nice the graphics are smooth and the controls are sinple and easy to get a hang of. I think the maps are perfectly balanced and give a good amount of challenge and a good amount of reward. Edit: It is still good and balanced... even in the levels where people are complaining about it being too hard.

Great then horrible! I have a Google pixel 6. Have been playing the game for weeks now. I have purchased to remove ads, now the game is bugged . every mode I play the level starts but no response from the controls and the screen is offset. I have uninstalled it several times and restart my phone nothing works... Other apps work just fine, even apps that use more CPU power. Please fix asap as I have spent money on this game and plan to spend more.

Haven't had internet so I've been trying offline games and I am a very hard to please gamer. This game is actually very fun and a good way to kill some time! Only problem I could say would be it doesn't have enough content! I want to see more and would definitely donate! Would love to see more items, levels, skins,etc.

Sorry devs for slandering your game, this game deserves a better rating! Another developer pointed out that my controller issues might be due to my controller instead of the game itself, which is true because in fact, my controller has become obsolete and out of date, and it no longer functions properly. I apologize profusely for my claims, and I'd just like to say what makes this game special: animation is liquid smooth, and the pixel art is beautiful. But, the gameplay is a bit repititive.

This game is pretty well thought out, the levels are decent and progress as you beat the bosses. They offer a few different control layouts but I still haven't found one that isn't overly sensitive or less responsive. Those few things aside its done pretty well.

A solid side-scroller, though like most mobile games, the ads are annoying. I also dislike the "pay to win" aspects of it, but I understand that the devs need it if they're going to make any money off of this. Not perfect, but I still had plenty of fun and I still recommend it.

Solid gameplay, smooth animations, not p2w, overall great although according to me the story was too short and bosses a little on the easier side. I beat the game on casual difficulty with battle armour, long sword, and golden apple. Definitely worth checking out!

This game feels like an RPG while it is actually a side scroller. I wish you could travel to villages/towns!!! That would make it fun and an easy way to access a tutorial.

This game is so fun to play. Once you get the hang of the controls, you would want to complete every level fast. And that has arose a problem for me as i have completed every level and there is no more to play. So i would like to request the developers to quickly update the game with more levels. I can't wait to play them.🙏

Beatiful artwork, love the pixels & retro arcade feel. Only complaint is sometimes it glitches when opening ad chest and takes me completely out of game back to homescreen. Other than that little bug, it is a fun way to kill time & beautifully designed, cool game.

...for all those who wished "Swordigo" made a 2nd.. this is the next best thing as far as great movement, platform goes.. please- try it! Ads, yeah: here & there.. but u could just sit there playing Ads for coins to get better Armor, swords, throws soo hey.. so yeah, I'm picky w platforms.. this is Fun!

Fun gameplay and the levels are challenging. The ads are annoying because some of them you have to close out of 3 or 4 times to return to the game.
