This app is being removed from not only this device, but several other peoples devices because it is scanning your home network, as well as most likely what you do on your device with or without your knowing àbout it. This and other food ordering apps have ZERO buisness doing this! Beware of apps!

Your app always stops me at my vehicle description it's down there for a while now whenever I try to put in my make model color it just stops him and let me go any farther I've got a back out of it and forget about using curbside service. So then I have to opt for going inside to pick my food up. It's done this with two different phones. So I know it's not my phone which is the Pixel 5 let me know when you get it fixed and I'll start ordering from you again.

Dropping my rating down again. This app is poorly designed. the convenience is missing. After adding one item it immediately takes you to checkout from there you have to hit the back button to go add more items. On top of that there is no option to leave a note. For example leave blackened seasoning off fish and etc. You are forced to call. An extra step. If you're forced to call then you might as well place the order over the phone. Why do both? Why use the app at all? Make sense?

I very much like this app, very simple and easy to navigate! A quick process for ordering online! I must say that the only reason I didn't give a 5 star review because there isn't a rewards program. Most every other mobile restaurant app has some sort of rewards program, even if it is a slight reward, it would make me feel a bit more justified in my purchase.

I love Applebee's food, but I hate their app. The app really needs some better navigation and better ways to view your order after you've made it. It also needs a way to type special requests for orders.

(Feb 2022, still same issues)This app, as of the fall of 2021, has not been working well for me. I'm constantly needing to restart the app, and my order, over and over. I've used this app several times lately, and each time is the same. I'm especially having issues when it comes to completing the order. I'm told that either I'm outside of the delivery area (which I'm not, we order delivery from there all the time), or it says that the tip is not supported (which seems ridiculous). Frustrating.

Love our waitress, Stephanie at the cedar city Utah restaurant. She's amazing. We look forward to eating there every Friday, she remembers what we like. Shes personable, kind, and fast and efficient. Thanks Stef for being the best. You rock!!! Michael and stefaunia Musto

Very easy to access and navigation! Also took my gift card with no problems. Highly recommend!

Love it, but I wish they had broccoli as a substitute on some of the pastas so you don't have to get charged and then have to buy the additional side you wanted.

They push and push to have the app used and it's a glitchy mess the entire time. Canceled my order and went somewhere else just based off of the app

App has improved, includes more complete info on sides, etc. Staff still needs to do better at paying attention to the details.

Food is always great, staff friendly. Curb side hasn't been on time yet. Several times over 15 minutes and I've gone inside to get order because of staff at bar didn't have any help. Some items had to be reheated when I got home. I've ordered again tonight for 6pm pick-up. If it's on time and I don't have to go inside. I'll update review.

I always order my food for myself or my family and the food is always fresh and hot and the order is always correct I live in Homestead fl and I drive to Cultar bay fla just for Applebee's food the service is worth the travel.

Ah the old bait'n'switch. Downloaded the app just to order the free appetizer for signing up for their email list. Evidently my nearest store doesnt allow orders through the app. The only other store in my area "isn't configured for coupons" like my free appetizer coupon. So Applebee's and it's app aren't working. The layout of the app is fine but it's system running it is junk.

Love being able to order online and use a gift card too. Food is always ready on time & my order has been correct.

Alright, so plus side is, for the most part, the order will be delivered to you no problem. However, if ur ordering a meal and u add a side to it while in that meal section, it will not go through. Ordered through this app at least 6+ times n everytime I've added a soup to a main meal it's never processed and I never recieve it (not to be confused to when u add It as an actual side cause itll work then) Not bad of an app though, just make sure u order extras seperate or ull have issues...

I showed up immediately after placing my order. Staff came out to make sure there wasn't an error with the app and that my order wasn't delayed or something. I thought this was very professional and caring. Which made me really happy because at other restaurants when ordering curb side to go I have not always received such good service!

The app works and let's me order, but doesn't let you leave "notes" of any kind. So if an alternate or change isn't available as a provided choice, you can't ask for it at all. This would be really helpful.

I have had all positive experiences, when they didn't have options for adding extra sauce or something I just called the store and they did it no charge. They then fixed the app and I now have the options. Great app, not always the best food but the app is great.

I have no issues with the app and the notifications are working fine. My issue is, once they got my email address they will not quit spamming me with weekly specials. I don't eat there often enough to make use of the specials and I ask that corporations honor unsubscribe requests.

Always good food and experience. Great prices and awesome curbside pickup available.

Easy to use app. Wish the car side to go portions were the same as dining in.

Very easy app to use. Click on a picture of what you want and fill in the dots and done. It even ask if you need utensils at the end of checkout.

The app won't let me proceed with a order because they want me to update it. Ok fine, went to update. No update available. So the app is completely useless. Everytime I try to use this app, there is always a issue. Deleting the app and I will just call the restaurant. To many issues.

I couldn't sign in using my sign in info,so that's a pain in the bum & don't like that you don't have certain options (ex; no broccoli as a side). I always expect a mishap when I order togo from my Applebees, so I don't expect more from the app. Although it really would have been nice to use my name & password to sign in.

The app is easy to use now. It shows the ingredients in what you are getting and allows customization. My favorite thing to get is the appetizer with a little taste of everything!

The app is very easy to use. The layout is intuitive, it's easy to add or remove ingredients, and the food descriptions and pictures are exceptional!
