I cannot receive emails or sms messages. I have tried to change the setting but keep getting error messages. I have notified someone but get no response. Other than that I would love it.
Notifications don't work. Without notifications, this app is pretty much useless. As a teacher, I'd highly recommend using ClassDojo as a tool to communicate with parents/students (plus, it has MANY other features).
I use this app to communicate with my sons teacher and i couldnt log in to send her a message because an error message keeps popping up. Worst app ever. Who ever created this should be fired...
Non of my videos or pic are loading non of my parents can receive any of the pic. Can u guys fix this. I uninstalled this app and reinstalled and it's the same thing.
Crashes, doesn't load properly, can't change settings (always get an error)

App regularly gets into a bad state amd is unusable.
Does not notify parents of messages. No sense in using.
Love this app! This has been a great way to communicate, post events, etc... I know it sends an email and also pops up at the top at top of your phone should you have any activity on the app. It would be great if they had like a "red 1" on the actual app icon when you have new activity (much like email & social media apps). Other than that, parents are loving it. I find it bugs out occasionally but that is a Samsung issue because it's happening on other sites as well.
The text of the app is too big for the buttons, making it barely functional. Would be 5 stars if that was fixed.
The app keeps stopping (it says, app has stopped) and I can't go any further. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it's just not working!
Good idea. Biggest problem is the notifications stopped working.
Id like some help.....notifications wont work and it doesnt open posts. Very temperamental. What am i doing wrong?

I have my notifications on but I never get them other than that love being able to communicate the parents.
When I log in after receiving push notifications the screens are blank. Uninstalling and reinstalling works but it's a pain.
I always update Appletree but it never works!
This app is awful especially considering I was using BuzzMob and loved it. The app freezes ALL THE TIME and doesn't refresh without completely closing the app and restarting it (and sometimes my phone). The interface isn't user friendly and I hate how the parents are listed by their students names. I never get notifications even though I have them turned on. Awful!
I am a parent and accidentally click I am a teacher when create an account. So bad, setting cannot change. Have to create another account

I love it! It allows me to interact with the teacher on the spot. I can watch videos of my child when doing class work and send picture of my child to the teacher so she can see the progree made at home and i can message other parents as well! Thanks for this app!

It's a great way to talk to the teacher. I wish all teachers used this.
I can see multiple other schools notifications, including photographs of children at other schools. I have tried to report this but the website for bug reporting is broken and there is no other way to get in touch with the app developers. This makes me extremely concerned that photos of my child are also being shared with random other people. In addition its annoying to have my entire calendar filled with things that have nothing to do with me or my child.
