I've used the app for almost a year. ok so at first it was great... points add up rather quickly. but when i got a new phone for christmas and switched it over all the sudden i can't get into my account because it says they detected suspicious activity. I've attempted contacting them multiple times with no response back. deleting the app. I'll find something better
Everything worked great until I had to get a new phone. The first time I tried to access the app I got a popup about suspicious activity. I chose the contact option and waited. No response. A few weeks later I tried again. Same message. I tried again to contact and after once again receiving no response I uninstalled the app in disgust, losing all my progress.
I have loved using this app! And unlike fitplay, I was able to transfer it to a new phone twice without any problems! But now, all of a sudden, I can't use the app. I can't even get it to open. first, it couldn't log me in. So I deleted and reloaded the app. Now it keeps saying there was a problem opening the app. Since I cannot open it to send an email, I'm having to post it on here. Help!!
Need the apps bugs fixed!! for weeks now i can't get into the app. have tried many things to get into it but still nothing. It keeps saying "please wait to be registered" i have had the app for over a year and have downloaded and played a ton of games from it, I AM REGISTERED. This needs to be fixed. I have more than enough credits to cash in but can't. I'm going to be livid if I wasted my time on this for over a year.
I've used a few gift card exchange apps like this one and it was one of my favorites. There are a few apps it suggested that I enjoyed & still play, though they came few and far between because the suggestion system is awful. I sometimes went months without new ones. But it wasn't until I had to contact their support about reward redemption that my experience was completely soured. I emailed them in September & never heard back. Issue was never resolved, never got my card. Not worth your time.
The app works fine for me, gives me a way to earn a few bucks a week for playing some simple games. I always cash out for the 1.00 as soon as I get it and I've never had a problem with getting the money, although I do wish the game selection was a little better and sometimes certain games dont give me points but I mean hey apps arent perfect, why yall think they have to update stuff all the time. Work with what you get and if you dont like it just delete it, plain and simple
I've had this for probably 2 years, had a bunch of games installed thru it, currently have almost 50k points saved and it suddenly quit working. I tried launching it and it's stuck on loading. I don't know what to think, if I should keep it installed or what. But if all my points go to waste I'm gonna be furious. All this time keeping 10-15 games installed taking up space trying to get points, all for nothing. It was a legit app too, I cashed out before. Please fix developers!!!
I had $10 worth saved up and was a bit over halfway to $20 when I noticed that I hadn't gotten a toast about points in a while. thinking that I missed it I opened the app to find that I needed to "log in" which was weird because I never "logged out". Now it tells me there is an error in loading the app. Such a disappointment, spending nearly two years only to have it dissappear without notice. Did you go bankrupt?
It's a great app overall but I've recently ran into a problem where the app isn't opening at all. It says it's trying to register me but I've already been registered for a while now. I'm worried that uninstalling and reinstalling will wipe the points I've collected... (edit) The app is very broken and no one from support has responded to my emails.
while the app worked well for the most part, it didn't provide new games daily. more weekly or longer. It also takes a long time to build up your points. I would have given this a better review had the app not just crashed and lost my entire profile including all my points that I was saving up for the $20 gift card. very frustrated and disappointed.
Was great for a while, had fun games was getting plenty of points. I had almost saved up enough for the 25$ PayPal cash out. Then out of the blue it logged me out and won't let me back on. It just spins and tells me to try another login method, but doesn't actually send me back to the first screen. I uninstalled it which is such a shame, I really liked it.
I have been using this app for years and loved it. I had like 90,000 coins saved up and then had to get a new phone and lost them all (even though I signed in), so I was really upset but decided it was worth it to just start over anyway. I was back up to nearly 80,000 coins when today it suddenly stopped working. When I try to open it it just brings me to a loading screen that says "Please wait a moment. You're just being registered..." and it won't stop.
The App was working very well. I had some games that I was playing on a regular basis and making a few bucks. Now I can't log into the app at all. I have contacted support, but they will not answer. very disappointing... ☆update, over a month and not one reply to any of the emails I have sent to customer support.I was able to cash out once, but now can't even log on.
I was really enjoying the app, had it for a while earned some decent credit I was going to use to get a steam voucher. But recently I changed my contract and phone and now I'm locked out, every time I try and go on it comes up with a message saying I cannot access the app cause I'm suspected of suspicious activity, IV contacted several times to try and explain the situation but haven't been replied to or even acknowledged that I've attempted any enquiries.
I love this app. I've already cashed out once and got what I wanted. So I kept downloading new games to collect more coins. Sounds great right? Well right now I'm still playing the games and not collecting anything because the app keeps telling me the log in failed. This has been 2 weeks now. I've even tried uninstalling and the reinstalling. Nothing! please help or fix! 5 stars if my issue is fixed. Thank you!
It takes far too long to build up enough points to get any kind of gift card that is actually worth getting. It's almost like having a full time job to use this app, I would just be better off gettinng a second job than wasting my time with this. Also, it takes far too long for you (applike) to show me new apps I might want to download, the ones you offer I am not very interested in at all.
Everything was fine, my points were slowly building. Then, three days ago, for no reason I can fathom, my account was locked. They claimed "suspicious activity" but nothing has changed from the previous weeks using this app. Sent emails and messages but I'm yet to hear back. I highly doubt I'll ever be able to cash out/receive my earnings. Total waste of time and energy.
Recently bought a new phone, switched everything over including AppLike and decided to try it out again after a few months of inactivity. Everything was fine and working the last time I had used the app. So, I tapped on the app and was greeted with Suspicious Behaviour We have noticed some suspicious usage behaviour from you, which is not allowed according to our terms and conditions Tried contacting support, and more than a week later I have not been contacted by AppLike. 0/10, don't bother.
loved the app well it worked. After a month or 2 it was hit or miss with the games, some being just apps you cant do anything on like Yelp. Overall, it was a great app, but as of yesterday it wouldn't even open. It started by saying login error and now its just saying fail to open. I messaged applike via Facebook messenger to see if it was a bug or other problem and they just sent back a response to ask them via the app... (which is currently not working). Pretty disappointed right now.
I'm very disappointed, I used to think this app was one of the best, but when it was time to collect my reward for all that time spent playing It kept saying, "error there was a problem starting applike. Please try again later". Now I can't even access the app. Definitely uninstalling. What a waist of time!
I bought a new phone. Installed the app, installed games from the app, played games and a few days later a message popped up saying "Suspicious activity." Now the app is locked and I never got my pay out. I emailed them but have received NO RESPONSE and I cannot find a phone or real email address to get in contact. The email I sent was through the app. Before this happened the app was good.
At starting it was good and working great but now nothing is working. I used to open the app and play games whenever i feel like and now it is not happening. Whenever i open the app it starts to download and saying to wait. I wait for few minutes but still the app doesn't open no matter how many times i try. I got fed up with it and waited for it to get fixed and opening again some time later. Now today i tried again but it doesn't. I'm uninstalling it.
Well it has paid out for me for the first time. And unlike other apps similar to this, once you use an app, you don't stop receiving points... Just takes seriously long time to get more points... Am ok with this, the more you use a chosen app, the less frequent the payout.... at least they still give points. As long as they still keep paying out I am more than happy with this app, though more choices for us in the UK would be nice. Edit: has completely stopped working now.
I've been trying to get into this app, and it says I'm being registered, but never really opens. I had it in this screen for an hour and still no progress, getting irritated. It just flips through like three screens and never really opens. I would like to get the money i earned so i can delete this crappy app.
Honestly app was good, but sometimes it didn't recognize when I was playing a game. So it wouldn't reward me for the time I spent playing. I took a break from the app for several months and when I logged back in, it said I had suspicious account activity. Someone tell me how that's supposed to suspicious! It won't let me login in anymore. And I re-downloaded the app and it still wouldn't let me login! Such an annoying app. And you have to play constantly for months to even get a gift card reward. The app tried, but it failed. :(
This app was working great up until a month or so ago, then it wouldn't open. It just stays on the applike loading screen and won't go any further. I've tried emailing support weeks ago but I haven't heard back from them, and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but had the same issue. I've even tried letting it load for over 10 minutes but nothing changed. I seen the last update was released on December 17, 2018. 2 stars because it was a good app. I'll update it if it starts working again.
