How to Enroll:We hope you find AppLock to be very easy to use. Here are a few hints to help you get started:
* Opening AppLock for the first time, you will be guided through the steps for AppLock to learn your face and voice.
* First, choose your voice unlock phrase: one of three pre-selected phrases or any 4-5 syllable phrase that you want.
* Then, just follow the on-screen process to enroll your face and voice.
* During enrollment, make sure you are in a bright and quiet location. If you're having trouble enrolling, it might be too dark or too loud. Look for text in the upper right of the screen telling you what the problem is.
* During enrollment, look at the camera with your face clearly visible and centered in the blue box and say your passphrase as prompted (usually three times) until enrollment completes.
* Last, create a backup authentication option, which can be either a PIN, pattern or password. You can use your backup method if conditions are too extreme for face or voice.

I see that the problem I mentioned before is solved. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS EXTREMELY WELL-MADE APP. Although it's true that sometimes it shows 'unable to use microphone', it's still much better than other apps. Now this is the best app for protecting the apps anyone wants. I highly recommend this app to be installed if you need a good app-protecting app, if you want to protect any app with voice or face, or both. It has a really easy way, and it does not have any bugs. My rating is 5🌟 !
Best security app in the world at the moment. Please add options to upload data to the app like ciphers. If possible to encrypt with it the whole system to prevent safe mode bypass...thanks!
Working perfectly! It doesn't seem like there is an option to have only face lock as biometric. I don't want my microphone to run in the background for no reason. Also the UI needs to improve. Make the lockscreen less tidy and I will rate it 5 stars. But good work so far!
Takes to many photos and goes through your personal photos. The app works great but inside settings there's a switch to shut off upload images and audio. I believe it means everything on your phone for photos and audio. The apps always want to get all your personal stuff man they can't not take random photos. You basically are giving them permission to upload all your photos and take pictures all day from your camera. Lol not for me
It works very nicely. Only problem is Amazon Store wont open and says something went wrong with a picture of a dog. I uninstalled the Amazon app several times and rebooted several times. No biggie, just sharing a bug. Your app is definitely an excellently coded program. Is the app going to be updated? If financing continued support is a problem I would pay.
When my Gmail Notifications are come tgen this app automatically Pop up and ask for app unlock This process is very very very very very very very very very Annoying 😤😤😤 I am tired With this problem and Voice Unlocking Is need more work.By the Way App is good but Pop up Problem is a Very Very Annoying. Secondly Face app Interface is very slow to show camera and opening time on the other side My Inbuilt App lock is fast then this app, this app takes about to 3 to 5 seconds to open......
Excellent work. I wish it can do more, for example (1) lock the Recent app, (2) delay time (I set the time to 0 but it does not lock immediately) (3) give more additional user's photos and faces instead of taking random photos, (4) make a flash light for front camera to have more light in the dark area, (5) the issue with pop up that is described by BiBongNet NTB below and so on. If you can add those said features (they are not too difficult), your app will be perfect. Thanks developers.
This app is so hard to use I say to the app to verify me and after about 3 times. It's automatically shut down and it does not work. I have to keep trying and it still un succeeds. Each is a horrible app. I would not recommend this app till anyone. It is better to have it phone built-in. Especially when acts like this don't. Functions properly and it makes it horribly experience for people
Very limited. If you are a hearing person, able to speak, then this app may work for you. I am deaf, deaf people use cell phones also and I don't speak. I am not able to get past the first option needed to setup a unlock phrase using speech. When you add a option to use a pin or password, I will give it another try.
It provides good customization ability for many apps. However, it doesn't have capability to lock Setting, Data Connection or Bluetooth connection manager like other applocks. It also leaves a bug where i can force stop applock which means my locked apps are no longer secured. Please fix this BUG ASAP.
Works great. (Android 10) Two issues though: 1) Keep apps unlocked for: x sec. UI always reports 0 sec. 2) Even though Apps are configured for Convenience Mode, it still appears to need Face recognition to open those apps. Tried with and without using Liveness Detection.
Very good app and a great security lock for phone protection, till now (2020) it's the best app locker I have seen. But the only problem is that if one app is unlocked other all also gets unlocked when it is in convenience mode. But this can be prevented by turning on truly secured mode.
Really liking this so far! Way more secure and also easier than other app locking apps! Highest level of security uses your face and spoken phrase. That way it's not just your voice but your voice saying a specific word or words plus facial recognition ; genius AND FREE!
Sometimes it works and many times its easy to pass your facelock to all app anyway. Totally, its not secured and people can see info in my app. I use it as a secondary lock after fingerprint applock to add more secure if facelock is failed to work.
I would love to multi-task without with this app running but that's not possible. Every time I have to be putting in the password when switching between apps. Definitely not convenient.
Its very good! But i actually want it to work without showing our face like "work behind the scenes". Just display a quick message like "blink at the camera from distance of 10cm or so" and then it verifies. That would be cool.
I am updating my review of this app.. This is the best app on my phone and I would like to recommend it to others This app provides you with total security over all your other apps you are able to set the level of protection for each app individually. The app is easy to set up and use once you have set it up the way you want that's it you can forget about it. When you add new apps lt just takes a few seconds to set the security level you want. Try this app you won't be disappointed
Excellent tool for securing apps. I use this to secure certain apps because the Samsung S20 face unlock and finger print options are junk. This app works very well. It recognizes my face with or without a beard and works in most light conditions.
the app is grt. but I don't like one thing.. each and every time I get notification. the screen gets locked. its really irritating. pls put that thing off. or at least add an option of turning it off. its really annoying. notification lock pls remove it
Wow! It's impressive! It's fast! But can you add the option to also unlock the phone screen with Face Unlock & Voice? This might help users who have older phones but needs this third party feature.
Other than getting into the settings, there doesn't seem to be an actual face/voice recognition function to it. When the unlocked apps are opened, nothing happens.
At last 3rd attempt of Voice recognition it shows error so thats why its not entrolling and unable to use app . please solve issue of 3rd recognition . All light and Voice is in good condition . 1st and 2nd voice recognized fastly .
its good, face recognition is accurate. but one thing, when im playing a game, then a notification from a locked app pop up, it will scan my face ( i didnt open the apps). is it a bug or theres a setting to prevent this to happen 5 stars coming if this problem solved
Nice app but you should improve your ui such as instead of showing the area of face capture show pin entry and unlock the apps if face matches. The face matching mechanism should be in background. Keep the lock ui clean only pin entry above it app icon and and above it face icon and fingerprint too. You should implement auto unlock on pin or password entry.
I like the attempt at 3d face recognition. But it is too slow. I can draw a 4 point pattern in 1 second and this face unlock is slow, much slower than my built in face applock in my Xiaomi mi 9. Also, it fails to do anything when I set as my launcher, which is disappointing. Thirdly, I am uncomfortable with the forced voice print and the agreement to send information back to the mother ship. Hopefully, my disagreement will be respected. There's a need for the app, but the whole point is speed
