- FAQ ---1) How can I prevent AppLock to be uninstalled and delete?· Please enable 'Uninstallation Prevention' option in settings, then AppLock is never uninstalled.
2) How can I prevent AppLock to be killed by Task Manager?· Please install Helper, then, Task Manager can't kill AppLock.
3) Is there a feature for forgotten passwordYes, if you set your email or security QnA, you can initialize your password when you forgot password.
4) How can I hide pictures and video?If you lock Gallery app then, other user can't see your photo and video.
5) Can't run(find) Smart AppLock(or AppLock disappears in App Drawer)· if you hide Smart AppLock's Icon in options, and then AppLock will disappear. To run it, please put 'Widget' of AppLock in Widget List and click it.

BEST TO LOCK APPS! I tried lots of apps and this one, even for free, gave me what I was looking for. The shortcut to turn the applock on/off is THE BEST THING. I even automated the switch with Macro droid automations so whenever I am OFF wi-fi, the applock switch is turned on automatically. One suggestion would be to block the notification control panel when the app is locked. This way a robber/intruder can't disable wifi/set airplane mode.
Works great and does what is advertised. The only issue I experienced is that, if you use AppLock to restrict access to Settings, then for some reason you won't be able to unlock and access your Firefox saved logins. When you try to see the saved logins on Firefox, it seems like you enter an infinite loop: AppLock asks for you to enter the PIN or fingerprint and then Firefox asks for it and then you are back to the AppLock screen. Firefox 98.3.0, AppLock 7.9.26, Android 10 on a Samsung device.
Its very good app, having lots of feature but smart lock not working. We need to lock phone "finger touch base" on the specific timing, when this time will complite then its enable password base phone lock, it will be helpful. Kindly develop this feature also.
App is literally good in all aspects but i have a problem. When I reset all apps using "reset app preferences" option from apps setting. It reset your app back to its initial state which causes the password removed from my apps. So in results if someone can do this to my setting he/she can easily broke through my security on apps. Can you please tell me how can I make this thing not happed. If someone can be able to do this, that should not effect your apps preferences and the security remains.
App consistently fails to block some apps. I got the paid version. Disappointing. It blocked everything for a few hours after the latest update but now many apps open with password. Specifically doesn't lock system settings which makes device administrator useless. For that reason uninstalled.
I like the app to be honest, nice work and thank you for creating this. The security it gives makes me feel safe, I love the features that you can use in locking apps and things. Perfect for my friends that likes to use my phone to play games but at the same time being mischievous by looking through my personal data (e.g. messenger). Also, thank you very much for being responsive and for entertaining my questions through email.
The app is great in functionality, but requests internet permission and access to contacts. More importantly, the app fails to verify the license when multiple Google accounts are present. The solution then is to remove other accounts from the device, and this can become very tedious. It keeps doing this every once in few weeks. Will upgrade to 5 stars once developer fixes this bug.
Straightforward, no nonsense app that do exactly what you want it to and more. The free version pretty much does everything already, but I was so impressed after trying out other apps that I bought the license too, which is super affordable. Good on you!
URGENT! There is a bug, if you cancel the screen lock and go home clicking in the left arrow/Android button some times, it's possible to open Google Pay, or other apps over Google Work profile such as Calendar, Sheets, etc. Please look at that. Tks.
Works perfect, only thing is I wish I could try my finger print again after it messes up the first time, it either doesn't let me or the wait is very long to try again. I just wish it was as fats as normal fingerprint reader. Another thing and this one is not important just something I want, I wish it was compatible with wallpaper engine mobile so I can have my thicc anime girl everytime I open my locked apps. Other then those things 10/10.
A MAJOR flaw in the app when using DeX mode either on your samsung phone or samsung tablet. When an app is opened, two screens appear. One to unlock the window whether it be pin or fingerprint the other is the actual app running in the background. All you have to do is minimize the lock screen to gain access to the running app.
It works... When it works. Just recently I cannot do biometric unlock. Even the factory screen lock does not show biometric unlock. Sometimes when unlocking apps this gets in a loop showing and hiding app lock screen constantly. Sometimes it does not show biometric unlock, only pin... Update: After reinstall and only a day of work, it again disabled fingerprint across the system. Even applications that support fingerprint unlock cannot use it!
Great security and plenty of tools for free. You can pay for little extra features, but all the best features are free. But please, buy the full version, it is really cheap, and support the developers.
Actually the best security app I've used. Highly configurable, and works against many threat models. Only feature request I'd ask is for the multiple passwords feature to allow overriding the master password, so I can give fine tuned access to my device to specific people.
so far, it's great. working as it should, rapid too. as for battery life, i would have to see. It seems as though your content hider (preview text) does not work for snapchat?? It didn't work on my Note 20 Ultra, and now again for my S22 Ultra... Please fix this! 🙏
I love this your Applock but the feature of "Lock Recent Apps" ie multitasking is not functional on it. If i minimize my app, the contents can easily be seen from there. I will love to use the Applock if that feature will be added. Thanks, best regards
Looks good, but i have few complains about it. I have Moto Edge 20 pro, and I cant use face unlock with this app. It will just show me a fingerprint icon as soon as O open it . Also I bought a premium versions, and add popped up few timesz not sure if that's a bug
So far I like the app a lot but haven't had it long! I feel like you can block some good bypasses by being able to lock settings and pretty much everything. Also so far, when I reset my note 20 ultra, it takes like 10 seconds to load but there is a delay on the lock for the apps but does eventually pop up. For my phone, everything else pops up as locked instantly after initial startup. For the screen repair place having full access to my phone, I've locked everything. So far this is good for me!
It took me a while to set things up,but it was worth it. If you know your way with the settings of your phone, it's pretty easy to use. So far I have not incountered any ads, so thats a big plus. It also has a lock for itself so no one else can deactivate your others locks.In short it is an amazing app,and would highly recommend.😊❤ (This is my experience so far.I will change this sooner or later if I have to)
It had been three long years, I was looking for an app like this. Love this app. Overall it's good, but still it sometimes takes a little time to show lock menu (biometrics) when I open any locked app, so intruders can take a look in the app. And one more thing is, it doesn't work properly when secure folder in my Samsung device is opened it shows lock function too many times, even secure folder isn't locked by this App lock. That's why when I unlocked phone's setting then it was resolved.
Unuseable - This app has been up and down for years, but recently, it has started activating the app lock while using the app, which is just irritating. I think this might be the end of the line for this one EDITED - now completely unusable. Every time you flick from one profile to another it locks. Click on a video link, it locks. Look at some comments, it locks. Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse it just does. Unfortunately, this is one to avoid
I've a prime member of the app for a while now... everything works well however thi applock is very very slow, you open an app and after few seconds the app lock appears. I'm disappointed and it seems like they are not working on this flaw!
Better than any other app lock. Have good features but i have some issues, App must open immediately after fingerprint but it gives the option ok which irritate me to click on that. Also face iris is not working.
I personally really like this app but I have a mayor problem. It only works if its open. If I don't open the app none of my other apps will be locked. I don't know if there is any solution to this or just a setting I didn't find but for me it would be so much better if I could use it without having to open it all the time.
App is all good and working like a charm, but the issue only I have is when you unlocked any application through the face ID biometric why should there be a click again on 'OK' pop up button. That "Ok" button is problematic which should be not there instead it should be unlock at a glance with hassle free experience. Hope you understood what I'm trying to say.
