AppLock - Lock Apps & Security Center

It does lock apps like it's suppose to but I'm starting to get really annoyed because it keeps locking the apps that I don't want locked and i keep having to go back and unlock them everytime I need to use those apps.. the main apps that it keeps locking is youtube and Google play so please fix this developers because I like the app but this is really frustrating and i might just need to find a different app locker..

I love that the app will automatically keep your system clean. However, it doesn't perform its main function very well at all. Of coarse, I locked certain apps so not just anyone can access them. I tested to see if those apps were locked. It's been a week now and for some reason, the settings were reset without me doing anything to them. None of the programs I wanted locked are locked. I need a reliable app locker!

This is an incredible app. Works at what it says it'll do. Only issue is that it also (AUTOMATICALLY) does WAY MORE. Now, that doesn't sound bad, right? THINK AGAIN. It can block notifications from websites and apps on your phone. Issue? It blocks literally EVERY APP ON YOUR PHONE from displaying notifications BY DEFAULT. And, despite the fact that you can go through them, you can't actually turn any features off on the app itself. Last thing, it doesn't display Google as an app to unblock. Fix?

Liked the app, but half the time was compromised and my apps were regularly unsecured. Also, had to often tap the app just for it to work and show in the notification bar. Plus, i used its HIDE APP feature code which worked twice but then nonworking thereafter and couldn't open this app so had to go to settings and uninstall. It accesses phone feature. I liked its ease on the notification bar and other features, antivirus, cpu ck, clean. Too bad. I would have paid for this app if it had worked.

When I uninstalled AppLock and installed after some time my data will not come on vault ...Please AppLock back my data ..

Only works sometimes. Fails to even show up when you open one of the apps on the lock list. Pay a subscription still get ads. Have to constantly turn it back on for whatever reason it decides to turn off. My complaints are pretty much the same as the rest of them on here. Canceling subscription and going to request a refund, as well as reporting it to Google play..

Well there is no alpha sort order. I'm not going to spend forever locating apps to lock.

Would be great, if it worked. The app is great at covering locked apps with a lock screen. Where is fails is that many devices allow you to get to settings from the notification bar. With AppLock working, a user can still enter settings from the notification bar, go to the application settings, then uninstall AppLock. All apps are again unlocked.

The best app locking app I have ever dealt with so far. It allows you to lock app along with junk cleaning and boost functions. You can even hide this app under a different skin like weather etc which I desperately needed. The best thing is it has a 6 pin safety than a four pin one which makes it safer. It contains adds but compared to all other apps this is better. I would be happy if you could add the shuffled keypad option in the next version. Overall I'm really satisfied with this app.👍🏻👍

boy I really loved this app for the first 6 hours. It was awesome. Now it just doesn't work. The app is open, everything is set the way it should be, and now suddenly it doesn't do ONEZ THING. it fails to bring up the password screen. It just lets me or anybody into any application that wants to my phone. Literally doesn't work. I've never been more disappointed in an app

It is easy to use, you choose which apps you want locked & it is exactly what I wanted. Warning...DO NOT forget your pattern as there is NO way to get in. I called my service provider's tech department & OneSupport techs for help. After several attempts at trying to find "if you forgot your pattern" or anything indicating an alternative, both techs came to the same conclusion...Factory Reset. Result-- I did the factory reset, reinstalled the AppLock, remembered my pattern, the App works great

11/13/2021 Why does it randomly add and remove apps to lock, that is bothersome as it tells me it is running something on a server and not locally.. Can you add sort apps, the apps are listed randomly. Better than most out there.

There are a bunch of ads and boosts and I have to clean stuff out every five minutes. It is good for locking apps but there are lots of additions. I wouldn't get it if you don't want to be reminded every ten seconds that there are notifications in the app and for the app.

The best app but sometimes bugs are there, otherwise all is good

Seemed good at first, but the ads and add-on apps are overwhelming. I'm not sure why they thought it was good to bundle so many unrelated apps/services, and they run on their own. It felt like my phone was hijacked by the app. The main reason why I dislike it is that it periodically buzzes and notifies me that it is running. Why do I need to know that? Finally, the price to disable ads is too high. For the limited use I have for it, the max I'd pay is a one time fee of $2.

I like knowing my phone is not being rumaged through, just because I allowed someone to borrow it. Finding varrious apps opened, my stuff on someone else's stuff, settings changed, etc. I got sick of the continual unlocking . So, I just locked the phone, and that was irritating enuff. That work a few times, so again, I decided never let any one touch my phone. Some sad story, some in need, I help. locking everything rite now. Going to see how easy to turn the app off and on keeping settings.

This app is really good, i have never seen before. After i might have installed it, i tried by every means to see if another person can get access to it, yet no way, i even tried to see if another person can uninstall it, yet no way. Now i came to understand that those features were added there already, thereby making it impossible for another person to access it. Really, this app is great.

Trust breaking app does not perform for the sole reason. I put up a Gallery lock and one day it suddenly went off. The app showed the Gallery is locked but I could easily open the Gallery app. I even cross checked and was super disappointed. Do not download this app at all. Also it suddenly locks the PlayStore even if you dont give the permission.

This app locks your information securely but it has way too many glitches going on through the applications. When I'm browsing the internet I get locked out with a pop up where I have to unlock the screen to continue. This app is going haywire all over my phone. The lock app pops up when I don't want it to be. Just wish this was better resolved.

The best app I tried ever. It blocks apps effeciently, and very simple. I bought full version because ads are very very very annoying. It is expensive. I would put 5 stars if fees are less. Free version has same patency as full version in locking function but with ads.

I used to love this app. I have been using it for some months now but i uninstalled it and now when i re downloaded it, it's not working properly. Whenever i lock certain apps the lock doesn't appear when you open them again but it appears when you open the app. I don't know why is it so, or why is it malfunctioning but if you could please fix this problem it would be helpful

Why isn't the app lock functioning evrytime I exit the apps or unlock the phone? .. And there is always a 10 second delay to display the app lock pin which is not securing my apps fully.. Anyone can access my informations and data freely as the app lock doesn't even secure the applications. Please look into this.. Hoping that there would be some improvement as soon as possible. Thank you.

Was good at the start.😔 However i cannot reccomend because as time has went on i am now only allowed to lock certain apps i used to have youtube locked but is no longer an option. 🤔Several other apps have now dissappeared from my 'locked' list and there is no way for me to add them again. Dissapointing😥

This app has ads, but if you want to get rid of it just read the instructions how or maybe u need to pay, the ads can be really annoying but I think u can wait for 5seconds for it to finish. On brighter side it works perfectly well and it doesn't lag. Android user here😁

This worked for the first few minutes then it just started not locking the apps and then it said thet we have a multiple choice of password: finger print, pattern, and pin and yet it gave you no options and set sraight to only pin. This had no picture of people if they git the pin wrong when it says it dose, so i suggest not getting this app

I love this app, it works exactly as I expected. Although if someone presses the notification that applocker is running and somehow guesses the password, they could access my stuff. I think it would be helpful to not have that notification. Thanks
