Its an uncomplicated and very user friendly app. It has everything you need... Made it very easy to forward the link to my clients for appointment and send them reminder messages in a professional way. I also like their colour coding option of various services.
Its a great app if youre looking for the minimum. Cant mark a cancelation, have to delete the whole appointment. Making reschedules puts that app into a tailspin then i have to fix all the crazy double appointments. Could be more user friendly
It looks amazing BUT when I send the link to patients, they see all the slots available! In the app my Google calendar is shown up but in the links for patients to make appointments there is no syncing and patients see everything available although its not! I have Uninstaller and installed 3 times but always the same. So soon ill be giving up on this app
Tried around 10 different apps to find something to help me manage my business appointments before coming to realise the basic (non paid) version of this app is the most comprehensive basic version of any of them. As a new start business I need to keep my costs as low as possible and this has enough free features to run my schedule. When I'm well established and have more disposable income I will upgrade and pay them back for helping me manage my appointments.
I use this all the time for my business. The only thing I would suggest is changing the colours on the calendar booking part, as orange and red are too similar, and alot of my customers comment that they can't find a free appointment but it's because some days are orange and they can't see that next to the red. I think green and red would be better thanks 😊
Falling out of love with this app, I used to really like it. I paid to upgrade to ultimate which deleted my notes and data and breached GDPR . They said the data was being stored on my tablet of which it wasn't. I got no response back from them and led me to revert my account basic. Its a shame as I referred this app to many contacts who use Ultimate and I even informed them of a work around to integrate into the Facebook book now feature. I feel let down and unappreciated as a loyal user :(
Love this app with out it I would not be able to keep things on my schedule straight and would over book myself or over lap appts and I can't do that. Love the fact that I can block out time if the appt is going to be longer I can mark that extra time off when I set the appt so I know I can't do anything till done at that time. I would like to see an alarm put on the app so that I could set it to go off 30 mins before each appt time so I know I have something coming up and I need to get going.
Does this app offer away for people to pay, using for example using Venmo or PayPal, through this app? In other words, only allowing appointments to be scheduled or confirmed after people pay? Oftentimes, just for the consultation, I want people to pay upfront to confirm their appt. Is there a way for me to collect payment through this app and have a text receipt sent in automatic response?
It was working fine untill they upgraded the servers and added staff feature. Not I do not get appointment request so I can't confirm them. Have tried about everything and nothing works. I have been with them since they started. At some point they had customer service through phone calls and it was easier to resolve issues. No they don't
Would had 5 stars if... there was a way to charge new clients a deposit and maybe more colors for services. And everytime I hit the back button it closes out.
Love using Appointfix to book my clients' appointments, would have loved to afford the premium but the free version works just as well, just have to go back and do everything manually.
Absolutely love this app, the free version helps keep our appointments in check with notifications etc. So helpful. No glitches so far.
really easy to use and you can export contacts from phone to booking system really easily. so far all good and love the messaging reminders.
Hi i have a subscription for this app monthly & for some reason i cant even open the app anymore. My other device can. I need 2 devices for this app to work for my business. Ive tried uninstalling & redownloading & nothing is working. I use a VPN & i keep ot off when im using this app too. Because that was my first issue.
So many updates. It is always saying an update is available. But great app. I get an update every day almost anymore. Nothing seems to be different. But it does update almost daily. Still updates almost daily
My productivity has increased since using your app. I love that clients can make their own appts. I wish that there was a SUBTOTAL option and then a space for clients to enter a PROMO code and the app will be able to provide a new total with the sale or discount applied. For instance I take off 10 bucks if clients book themselves online. I wish the app would be able to provide the finalized amount due based on an internal promo like the one I had described.
Love this app and i love the online booking system! Makes it so easy for clients to just select their own times without me having to go back and forth with them. I would give 5 stars if there was online deposit payment options when they book. That would make this app perfect!
We keep having the same issue of the app not syncing correctly with Google calendar, Samsung calendar, etc. It keeps showing double entries, triple entries, wrong times in the calendars. Really quite annoying.
I really love this scheduling App and do not want to change. I wish there's a feature that will not allow clients to book apt unless they pay their deposit.
The option for a client to also add their adress would be so helpful for mobile buisnesses I go to my clients. Please help with this. Name, telephone and ADRESS. PLEASE???
It doesn't block my scheduled events in my Google calendar from being available times to be booked. What I needed was an app that will do that automatically. I have too many events on my schedule to go through and block them. Also, when I do so, it shows up on my Google calendar which makes it look like duplicate events. Therefore this app is not for me. Thanks.

April 2022 update I have been using for 4 years. The 1 thing I would like to see: When customers respond, I would like it come in as a regular text not an 800 number. If it was easier to respond quickly it'd be perfect.
I've been using this app for years & have loved it. However as of late the bugs are really effecting me negatively. I have sent several emails with no reply & can't seem to get any resolve. It's grown in features, but it seems like the genuine concern is dissolving
I've been on Premium version for quite a while & its worked brilliantly for me, until now. Lately Appointfix isn't synching properly to my Google Calendar. Some appointments are missing, in some cases if I make a change it creates 2 appointments: one pre & one post change.
Exactly what I was looking for!! I have been using the FB scheduler and it was time to change. I'm a small business and manage 4 to 8 appts weekly. This app is perfect. Pros: I can customize services and messages, book a clients next appointment, integrate with Google calendar , and I love the notification when it is time for a client reminder. Cons: I wish I could add multiple messages with Basic, and that cancellations would trigger an instant message and remove appt. from Google calendar.
