Eventhough this app has a ton of really helpful functions, it isn't what I was looking for. I want a simple; uncomplicated; clutter-free appointment book with timeslots. There's too much going on. Maybe allow a person to switch certain things off so they can be greyed-out? Also hate tutorials - maybe give an option to opt out of that too. Great mind who thought of this app though. But a little too busy for me. Uninstalled.
I've found this App easy to use. If I have a problem the team are straight on to it, within 10 minutes. I haven't been able to update my application though through Google Play these last few times. Not sure what problem is there. Updated application via credit/debit card in the end.
Generally the help and support response time is very quick. Which is needed when time is of the essence with clients. I'm still learning how to use all the feautures. The only thing I'd suggest is that it would be good to have full video session for training.
This app has everything i need in 1 place i love it! i just wish i could make bookings for sunbed clients that pay on the first session and then lay 9 more all on different dates and times (i have something worked out) the same with my stock every client uses a little bit of it, so the app only works for clients that purchase a full item. For the correct business this app will be awsome! it has all my appointments, meetings, bookings, stock and things to remember all in one place!

Very bad customer service btw. I was a client for 3 years(yearly subscription). Was paying 50usd yearly for last 3 year. Once I decided grow up and discuss a price with one of their representatives, I was ready pay up to 200usd, he told me I have to pay their price which is 315usd. He just canceled my subscription without asking me. Very disappointed with customer service. This is very sad that their customers are worthless to them. P.s. application is very good and easy to use.

Nice application, allowing to make reservations simply and with no problems. Sending SMS reminders to customers is also really useful. I recommend this one, especially to smal but fast developing businesses! 🙂
Not recommend for people who plan to purchase any user package. I had pay for one year subscription but after 3 months inactive again! This apps have a lot of bugs like repeating appointment, alarms and more.
This app is easy to use. I love the automatic texts for my clients. Still learning how to do everything. Would like it if it was easier to look up clients and contact them through the app
The main reason i downloaded the app was to send messages to my clients and make groups for that. But it says that the message is sent but nothing went through to the client.. dont k ow if i am doing something wrong
Very good system especially the SMS features, I can inform my customers about their appointments and remind them 1 day before, the system uses my own SMS system and provider which is very good. Best system I found, price is ok.

Okay used this app for a while, and still trying it out it takes a little bit to get used to everything but so far it's really nice!! Going to try all the features and see how it goes!
I have subscribed for the basic plan for 1 year but in the app it still say i am not subscribed, i sent email to suport and nobody answer , i dont recomend this app !!!!
