I have been using this app for months. I even purchased additional contact space. However, recently, it stopped working. Does not send client notifications. It states reminded, yet never sends reminder. I even did a trial and sent a reminder to myself and received nothing. I would like to know how this can be fixed asap.
On Feb 2014 developer indicated that app is fixed, but not. I think its problematic when the maker of the app do not reply to your request! I believe they have abandoned it. Like the other customer I encountered the same problem in that when confirming appointment pressing 1 cancels instead of confirm!!...after trial it's $13/mo every month for 500 contacts. Also u only can use it on your own phone and none else including a pad!
I cannot get it set up. It keeps telling me that there is no authentication. It sounds perfect for me so I hope support gets with me to help.
Im rating this one star because it tells my customers they cancel when confimring! There's no customer care or acknowledgement! And it has completely stopped working...it doesnt call or text my customers! Has potential to be an amazing app if these bugs ar fixed!!! I will be uninstalling until its updated and corrected!!!
When I downloaded the app and tried to create an account with this app it would not work. I use to have the app before and loved it but now for some reason on my new cell it does work.
After most problems reported, problem fixed after repeated emails. Not dependable. .reminders not sent out, text to voice doesn't work..I have been patient but this is too much trouble. If emails reporting problems responded to..would not have given a very poor rating.
Can't even sign into Google or create an account using my yahoo account because all it does is load and noticed the last update was 2014. Please fix!
Updated the application and I lost all my appointments. I have tried to call and send emails without any response. Hopefully this situation can be fixed. Now I have no idea what tattoo appointments I have or what days I have open to schedule appointments.
This app does nothing! Doesn't send reminders, doesn't correctly translate templates and doesn't confirm anything. So sad because its the best idea I've seen in a long time. Also no response from tech support
It's not working at all. It says it confirmed but it doesn't even call or text. Cancels when they confirm. I have installed and uninstalled a million times still nothing
It will not even allow me to create a profile by entering my email and password. I even tryed creating a new user by linking my Facebook and it still didn't work.
I used this app for several months and loved it. Once I upgraded to the basic plan, it stopped sending reminders to my clients. I emailed the developer twice and never got a response so I had no choice but to cancel my subscription. Really a shame because when it worked it was exactly what I needed for my small business. Very disappointed!
Reminders worked for a little while then stopped sending reminders. I had paid version. I'm very disappointed now.
the date, when you create an appointment you dont show the day. i use google calendar for my business can you set up a link or sync or something also were is the public calendar i give 3 because this does everything i want except the above.
I have tried for over an hour to create an account and it says it can't authenticate! Seemed like a good app but I guess I will never know.
Really like the app but can no longer get it to notify me via text or e-mail. Only lists appointments. Please fix.
Fast and easy to schedule appointments with reminders and has reduced my no-shows which has been a huge help to my business
No one answers emails. No support. The reoccurring doesn't work. No phone support at all. It doesn't always send reminders ...very Unreliable.

I just downloaded this and already not happy..it won't let me sign in. I'll rate it after I actually get to use it. Really bummed.
Seriously? Waste of time. Would rate 5 stars if it worked properly. Sends out confirmation requests but when my clients confirm it doesn't come thru.
It doesn't work period. I just waste my time inputting my clients info.

No one is receiving their reminder text messages. Please fix this immediately
I have emailed them 3 times and no one gets back in touch. Worked great until I had to switch cards and it keeps telling me network error. This is hurting my business and making me have to manually check what appointments I have daily. I did not think updating the card info would be this difficult!
