I was forced to switch from appointment manager pro to this and lost ALL my bookings for the next 3 months in the migration process - absolute rubbish and I am on a paid subscription. I am fuming, feeling robbed and have to somehow spend hours on re-doing all my bookings and reminders for the next 3 months - RIDICULOUS and actually THEFT for it is a PAID subscription which I wasnt allowed to finish on the appointment manager
I have used this app for years. It was updated and we had to switch to the green app as premium users and now my clients cant make appts on their end...smh i am extremely annoyed because i have some older clients and getting them acclimated to new systems are a pain. I contacted customer service by email and all they told me was they were working on it...these things should have worked on and developed on the new platform before they made customers switch.
So make a appointment that is what you want for scheduling or it will set on the hour. I have used this app for years. Now it's just a bunch of problems. Google calendar says it's not a trusted app and won't sync. My patience are growing thin.
Interface of the application is very good... Looking for the few extra activities notification while doing the activities of the appointment.....
Nice app. They have provided a separate application to an appointment for the business. Good to have it.

I like the application very much, but I set the messages to be sent one hour before the programming and that does not happen. They are sent between 30 minutes an one hour.. If there is a problem with the application, please solve it because i need it next year too! Thank you!
Good to go with this software. Must have this in the mobile phone.
This is the best value appointment app going. Didn't take long to set up. The Android-SMS issue is annoying but hopefully it will be resolved soon. My one request to the developer is - can the Google calendar entries go client name first rather than the service name?

I have been using this app for a few years. It costs me a lot of money every year. Now you are wanting me to pay to have to SMS send automatically after you took that option away. This is the only reason that I was using the program. I will be deleting this app.
premium service not working at all. Cannot sync calendar & no response from customer service
I paid for the premium and cancelled it because it was suppose to include better scheduling increments and it did not. They did not cancel it and just recharged my account. Very unhappy.
Please make reminder automatic from/ through sms. Other apps need not to tap to send sms. We shall cancell if not made automatically sending system. We want automated process. We are eagre to wait till autimatic system of reminder sms, email if can be integrated. Also an Appointment id, unique code must be generated to in resed level of security to client.
This app is awesome it easy to use and allows you to set the time you need for your clients, the pop up reminder is an added benefit. Love the app .
Great App, I am enjoying, Good service, but why pay US 9,99 per month for 250 SMS if I have unlimited SMS in my personal mobile package? Doesn't make sense for me...
Not worth.. It fails to have custom time slot. We can not consider our own time slot we are bound to have the default 1 hr or 2 or 3 like that but not one and half etc
Good app. But you are laying. Sorry to say that's . Most of it needs to pay . Why should I pay without trying it at least for one month.

It use to have some bugs, and besides that I was using it, but after last update I've lost all my daily appointments and all history of appointments. It is a disaster. Very unreliable app producer! I will find better one, there are plenty.
