terrible app!!!without the autosms this app has fallen in ratings in my opinion. there are free apps that send autosms. it really should not be that hard to fix. 3/14/2019 well the two weeks have come and gone and nothing new. this app is a waste of time. there are free apps for appointments that send autosms and emails. I have had this app for 3 years now and just renewed my subscription. I wish I would not have. worthless app. please refund my $25 subscription!7
Was the best appointment app I have ever used, but it no longer sends appointment confirmations automatically when you saved the appointment or reminders 1 hour prior to the appointment, which was the best feature, so I will be looking for a new app.
I've used this app for many years & other than a few glitches here and there it has been great. I would like to know why the notifications & reminders stopped sending automatically.
I really wish you could combine the classic and pro!!! not impressed with the pro. i hate that I purchased it & learned the hard way.

What am I ment to do!!! **edit 4 ** I have noticed that you are back using my own phone and text message to send text again. I believe we are paying a monthly fee to use a number thru your service. It had been working good for me till now but for the past three weeks my clients don't get the reminder. This problem needs to be fixed.They get confirmation but not the reminder.
Don't know what's going on but it's not working again. Had this problem 2 weeks ago and it's back!!! it's not sending out reminders again... please fix😟
used to be my go-to favourite app that sent automated text reminders. Now they want $119.88 extra a year for this!!

I have been using this app for about 2-3 years, use it every day in my golf coaching business. I had no issue spending £25 per year to use it. After the auto sms stopped working a few months back its basically rendered this app useless. And i see in the latest update done today that you are going to charge £10 a month, hahahahaha good one. Your app was the best I had ever used and i had no issue recommending it to friends, not anymoe. Adios from a long time user
You added the automated SMS function again but now with a monthly 10 dollar fee? It was part of the package when I signed up for it and now it is supposed to cost me an extra 120 dollars per year? That's utterly ridiculous! pgrade was forced and now its just more of a headache than a help. Cant even straight import from my contact list anymore. Why make it LESS user friendly than before or at least give us a choice. Customer support is pathetic - 9 emails and no response. What are we paying for?
I'm having problems sending messages that I have in my message template 2 one or more customers also my reminders are not going through I have to manually put a man can you please let me know as soon as possible when this problem will be fixed if you can please let me know. I also noticed in previous reviews that you said that the problem should be fixed in 2 weeks but it's not fix yet please let me know something

The only problem I have with this program is that the reviews cannot be deleted. For example my client did not know she was supposed to mark the stars and just put a comment. My score went from 5.0 to 4.2 because of that I tried to send it to her again but it did not work. But other than that great program.
Old version was so much better!!! And now you want me to pay again! I absolutely hate the new version... Finding a new app today! So sad I really loved this one an so did my clients....😧 Now I'm having issues with the reminders. I have emailed you all twice. Still no response. I just paid $25 it's very important for my clients to get their reminders!!
I have had this app for about a year . I was so pleased with it until I had to get a new phone. What they are not telling you is that if you have the calendar on your phone and receive reminders for your clients, when you get a new phone they cannot transfer those reminders over. I have paid for this calendar up until October of 2018 however I am having to delete the app and pay for a new calendar from someone else. And they said there is nothing they can do about it. I would not recommend this app.

Since the updates now my clients are not getting the 1 day before notification and it's not syncing to my Google calandar 2/11/19 this is the worst app and the worst customer service I have ever had! do not get the pro edition and if you do dont ever expect a refund if it doesnt work. its like working with a bunch of teenagers who are running this out of their bedroom. not professional at all and if it was more money involved I'd def spend the time suing them!
I pay for this every year and crucial to ly business scheduling. Now I can't use it, log in. Freezes. Fix ASAP!!!! This is ridiculous
This app worked well especially in that it kept a record of previous years appointments and revenue. Very useful for doing tax returns. Until i went to use it today and all my appointments and data prior to january 2017 had disappeared. So even though i have clients in my contacts from 2016 there is no data. No records of appointments. No idea why this has happened. Extremely annoying and will not be renewing my subscription or recommending this app is my data cannot be retreved
Has stop sending reminder msg my clients really depend on that. What has happened if I pay I expect all to work
It worked well for a while but now it is only sending initial appointments. it has stopped sending reminders out and I don't know how to fix this.im losing orders and having to remember and spend time sending text messages.please help me fix this

I dont like the fact that there is no support for this app, when I send appointments, it stop sending time and date, i don't know how to solve this issue or who to contact
The appointment SMS reminders have stopped, which caused me to miss 2 appts. The whole purpose of the app for me, was to be reminded of appts. I've checked all the settings and all seems to be set correctly. I wish there was an 800 number so I could get some assistance.
Been using the app for about 2 years Old version was really good! now is really slow lately my app doesn't send the reminders msm and doesn't let me know when my customers do appointments online 👎
I have been using this app for my car workshop for the pass 3 to 4 years, I can say it is the only app that best suit my operation. It allows my customers to make an appointment for themself online and it will sync with Google calendar where my technician can view and plan their jobs. I am almost totally free from all the hazard of taking in appointment and detailing or deploying my technician to serve my customers. Thumbs up
