has to load everything every time you try to open something or go back. When opening, always says that it's gathering data for the initial use of the app, even after 2 months use. Very slow. Frustrating when a customer is waiting. IOS version is a lot quicker. If I didn't need it, I wouldn't use it. It definitely isn't optimised for Android.
After a short amount of time, the app loads no information for appointments. It is then necessary to close app, open app, sign in, then get back to the appointment I was trying to view. This is ridiculous. This bug makes pen and paper a lot more efficient. My notepad never goes blank. I recommend this issue be adressed in next update.
I use this app for work, as an employee, and it does what it says on the box. If possible, i would really find it useful having a notification function. So when my boss adds an appointment i have the option of the app notifying me of this addition - sometimes i get assignments at late notice and haven't looked at my app till it's too late. Happy to talk further with developers in regards to this idea.
The app is ok. I wish it had notifications of some sort, possibly text message notifications to let you know when something was added to your schedule. That way you wouldn't have to constantly open the application to check. Keeps you from missing things.
Something changed for Android. This app is now all gray in color and doesn't easily show the hour making this no longer user friendly. Not to mention constantly gathering/refreshing data for extended time period. I seen this app on my coworker iPhone today and it looked amazing. What's the issue?!?!?
horrible for android users my company makes us go thru this app and it's insane how bad it is, constantly having to restart it and when it does work it's slow every one at my work with android phones absolutely hates this app, on the other hand if you have an Iphone the app is really good, fast very informative way more features then the android. I really hate iPhones wish they could fix this
Logs you out way to quickly and now it doesn't kick you back to the login page, it just loads a blank schedule. Hitting the back button refreshes and doesn't help so I literally have to force close the app in between lessons to see my schedule.
I work for a driving school. The app works fine with an iphone, but with Android it does not. Instead of showing me all the lessons scheduled in all offices, i have to manually change it in order to see each lesson from each school. Easy fix, but no update to fix this.
REPAIR ANDROID SERVICES ALREADY!! This app force closes consistently, fails to load and reload data on the screen, and has insane load times all for nothing. Do not recommend this app at all to anyone using an android device! iPhone users ok for now.....
Been working with appointment+plus for six years. The app is awful. Slow, client packages don't show up when trying to book through the app. Given up on trying to get ahold of the company; they always respond to me months later.
Worked better before the update. App times out too quickly when toggling between other apps. I can understand a few minutes, but ten seconds? Please fix that, and if possible, the login time as well. I feel like I grow a new gray hair each time I wait for it to load, lol.
Awesome layout and easy deployment to employees. Ive read some people having issues on android, we have not had a single issue yet. Highly recommended and worth the money
Finally got it loaded on the tablet! Wish it had a better view for open hours. Works well on our phones also.
Since the latest uodaye a few days ago the app crashes when trying to book appointments or create reserves in schedule. Please fix this issue.
The update makes it buffer alot and can't log out with back button, it was better before, isn't updates suppose to be better?
Just the mobile app on a Samsung looks totally different from apple and stops working all the time
we continue to be frustrated by numerous problems and slow responses. it's so frustrating and is time to move our business elsewhere

The new fix helped some glitches but it's still far from perfect. I use to use the monthly view every day because it showed me what spots were completely full. The new version does not. The blue bar is always full whether I have 1 appointment booked for the day or 12. There also needs to be a month view on the computer website. I'm sometimes booked for a few months out and need to see if there is a single availability on the calendar without opening each individual day. It is also super slow.
