I've been using Visibook for over a year now, and they've definitely made improvements to it! (Though it was great from the start.) For me, it would get five stars if there was a way for clients to make requests through the calendar, instead of directly adding themselves to the schedule. That way I could accept or deny the request based on workload instead of just 'availability'. Otherwise it's perfect!
I absolutely love this app! I have gone through many similar to Visibook, but Visibook by far outperforms them all. The ease of setup, use and functionality is so intuitive. It is visually appealing to clients, not to mention how easy it is for clients to book appointments and make payments. I love that it allows you to create classes. I can now let my clients sign up for all of our classes! The platform is just so clean and sleek! Can you believe that I was able to speak to someone (Brian) personally by PHONE to have a few of my questions answered? Now that is the highest level of customer service in the industry. I cannot recommend this app enough. Don't waste your time on the other apps. Or, if you already use another app, try this one. You will not know how good it is until you try it.
I just downloaded this app 3 days ago and I love just how simple it is. Honestly for me, it is perfect. It would be awesome if visibook was an option for the "book now" feature on instagram.
I give this App a solid 5 stars. It is refreshing to use a product that has obviously been well thought out and TESTED in the real world. Far too many apps are created by people who clearly don’t use the app in the “Real World”. It all sounds good on paper and in theory but once you start using the thing in real life situations it doesn’t work. Visibook is NOT one of those, this is a Real World App. I needed an appointment app that 1) customers could schedule and change their own appointments, 2) could schedule for 3 offices in the same app, 3) would send out automatic text and/or email reminders, 4) worked equally well on phone or computer. This does everything I need it to do. I’ve been using the free trial for a full month and have booked over 100 appointments, so I had to upgrade to the unlimited. I don’t think $19.95 per month for unlimited bookings is cheap but the App works perfectly and, frankly, if you’re seeing over 100 clients a month the $19.95 shouldn’t be an issue. The important thing is the clients love how easy it is to book their own appointments and the 24 hour reminder and I love that it doesn’t require much management from the business owner. I cannot comment on customer service as I have not needed any yet. I also can’t comment on the payment processing or ability to take deposits but assume this has been well though through also. My only concern now is that they don’t “update” the app to the point of uselessness (how many perfect apps have been destroyed by updates?)
My recommendations if your going to charge someone $20 a month. 1. Access the phone's contacts to add customer. this feature should be your number one priority as of right now. 2. find a way to text from the cell phones number instead of some random out-of-state area code. 3. You should be able to edit all text message templates. Finally 4. Mobile data is required? Really All these features above are possible with a calendar I won't mention.
good app easy to use. only thing is, once you have booked the appointment it says it has sent a confirmation text to the client, but it doesnt, and doesnt send text reminders to clients it only sends emails. Not everyone checks their emails regularly.
I'm really enjoying the latest updates to the calendar which has made an already great calendar much more sophisticated and next level. So much better than scheduling on Google Calendar. I tell everyone I know frustrated with scheduling to switch to Visibook! It's the best decision I ever made and customer support is fantastic!
I have been using this app for few years now, been great. Well now all of sudden today I cannot open it & says there is a bug. This is just great when I need to know what clients I have for the week! Now seeing others are having the same problem! Needs to be fixed, these are peoples businesses messing with.
Unsure really ..it seems as though it's mainly used in America. I'm in the UK and im not sure if it's possible to change settings to enable me to give accurate address details which of course is a massive requirement I can't leave the state box , so uk don't have states as such but it requires some thing to be selected in order to proceed. Same applies for the zip code in the UK its post code and it doesn't except the input any ideas if these issues mentioned can be changed to suit pls
I absolutely love this app. I own a small business that I run from home and this app allows me to still be professional. I love that it sends confirmation texts. I love that I can enter all my services. The reminder texts are awesome. And it's extremely affordable which is great for someone like myself.
Found this used it for one month successfully. Now for the past two months the app keeps saying there's a bug. I reached out to Support they barely respond and don't seem to care. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. I mean is it ever going to be fixed? If not just say that.
Was looking for an app that sent text reminders to customers about their appointments and thought I would give this a go as it had quite a few good reviews. So tried it out and couldn't figure out how to do until I read an article that said this feature was only available in America and Canada 😞....gutted, app is now deleted.
Although this app is helpful for scheduling, it crashes a lot and sometimes doesn't even open. I have a paid subscription, but I might be canceling it soon...nope I'm definitely cancelling it.
Excellent App and User Friendly! Clients like the ease in booking. I have used other booking software but found the customer service and support centers lacked any thing outstanding. Visibook has shown me that Customer Care and Tech Support can be more than outstanding. Thank you, Brian! I will recommend and continue to use this app and service for as long as it is up and running. Try it and prove it to yourself!
We appreciate Visibook and their customer service. We have been using it for about a year. Today, I experienced difficulties using the app on my phone. Brian from Visibook called me right away and helped troubleshoot to fix the issue immediately. Thank you Visibook for the amazing app and customer service!
I love this app it has helped me stay on schadule, cut down on no shows . It has helped me charge clients for missing their appts and for cancelling at the last minute, most importantly I love this apps confirmation feature for clients and appt rminder for the stylist..awesome job!!!
I wish your calendar was a bit more advanced. One little black dot on the calendar isn't very advanced. Add color and add numbers to show how many appointments that day.
I love to use this app for booking an appointment with my clients but the only thing I experienced is the speed of moving from one option to the other is Abit lagging...hope to get this lag speed up soon. Thank you 😊 #peace
There are a few minor glitchy things, like not being able to scroll through a complete customer list in some settings, but over all it has been a pretty useful app and worth the money.
Love most of the features, thing I don't like about it,is it doesn't let you know when standings are coming off, and also that you can't just move one appointment up or down you have to cancel it and then we put it in also would like them to put holidays in!!!! Love that it notifies customer immediately that they have an appointment and then notifies them again the day before!!Also like that is reasonably priced for an individual business owner!!!
Seemed to be easy enough to use for work purposes. Need to have coworkers be able to view the appointments chosen by other coworkers for our work purposes. This app does not allow it. Not going to use after all.
LOVED this app.. until it no longer worked . . Ashamed you pay for something and trust something and then lose ALLLL your appointments. Wish I could put a 0 star . . Pay all that money you would think they would have it fixed by now .
Very easy for me and my clients to use. I love being able to send notifications of appointments through the app that they can text back to.
Have used an entire year and does not fail me like previous apps. Try it for a month it's worth it
This app is not working!! I have been trying for the past cpl days to set up this scheduling app and it is blocking out ALL of my available days!! I'm trying to set up available Saturdays, but when I view my calendar as a customer, it is showing ALL days are blocked out and you can't book any days!! This app is a waste!!😫😫
Love that it sends reminders to my clients. 4 stars because sometimes it delays opening and I have to close app and reopen. Otherwise good so far.
Had this app for 9 months and it worked great now it keeps closing so i talked to the vendor i was using it for and we tried it it didnt work then we tried it via his web site and it worked so until they fix the app on android systems I guess I need to go thru the website as its the only way this gentleman takes appointments.
Have had this app for several years, Thanksgiving 2021 it crashed for my android. I have repeatedly requested they fix it. So far it us still inoperable on my device. They told me to use my computer. I cannot carry a computer every where I go. So until it's fixed. I'm down to paper scheduling. Seems for the money they charge, it could have been fixed already.
