This app is designed to give aviation enthusiasts a taste of the world's greatest job. The radar behavior in this app is identical to that of real-world air traffic control radar screens, utilizing a 3-second sweep that air traffic controllers are accustomed to. Much work has been done to make such a complex job fit inside the palm of your hand.
You are the approach controller whose job is to manage arriving passenger jets at various busy airports. Establish arriving aircraft onto 'final approach' as safely and efficiently as possible. As in the real world of ATC, you must walk a very fine line between being cautious and being expeditious. A top notch air traffic controller knows how to bring planes in 'tight', without breaking the 'three mile rule'.
Keep all aircraft at least THREE MILES apart or at least 1000 FEET VERTICALLY apart. That's your job in a nutshell! Earn extra points by establishing the planes onto final approach without extra wasted space.
Air traffic controlling is achieved by assigning a mixture of three things: HEADING, SPEED, and ALTITUDE. Use these three tools to achieve safety and efficiency.
A successful air traffic controller must remain CALM, COOL and COLLECTED, known as the 'three C's'. Who knows, you may one day use these skills and apply for a real ATC job! Find out why real-world air traffic controllers have nerves of steel.

MONEY GRAB! Purchased the game a few years ago under the same name. They disabled it and made this version free and added micro transactions. 99¢ for more challenging levels. I will never buy another BFS game again!
I have paid for advance level, and they automatically deducted twice. Also the best part is advance level is still restricted. They are making a fool out of us.
Neat, but buggy and has no features. If love for my kids to play, but he gets super frustrated with the enforced three error limit. It would be a button to disable this in the game, but it's just not there.
Wanted to try it out. If I liked it would've bought it, but in the free version the get started button stayed on the screen, in the way. Nope
Seems okay, though early days. Only complaint is that can't seem to exit game. Leaving game/pressing Home button still has game sounds playing in the background.
Please can you do something about the MAIN MENU button. It is so frustrating to play the game for several hours then accidently hit the button and have it exit out and lose everything
That's an amazing very realistic game, believe me, that's the game uve been looking for.
It is hard but damn very good! Makes you feel like in a real approach controller.

It was fun, until about 2 hrs of game time it started freezing... First it was after 20 mins of play... Next time after 12 mins. Uninstalled it at that point.

I have to get a high score on this for my aerospace class, it's not as realistic as one would expect given such circumstances. It definitely simulates the stress and self hatred of an air traffic controller although the fact that the planes randomly pop in without warning goes to that end a bit too much imo
