Started using this on my new phone was using it until I reached about 40000 or 50000 coins. I had a glitch with the app so I uninstalled it so I reinstalled it and tried to log into my account but it won't let me it just stays showing the email field the password field and start now. But it will not allow me to press the start now button

I keep getting a message to update my app and the update doesn't work Frustrating to say the least! Well update my review when it is fixed

I have tried to install this app many times and then always says there is an error and it will not open. So I then uninstall it restart my phone and then try to install it again and it still does the same thing every single time I have an obsession with apps like this so I would definitely use it constantly I would love to be able to use it but it will not work

I was really loving this app when I first started using it. It had games I liked and the payouts were the best of any of the reward apps I have played, but now the payouts have changed and you have to have a lot more coins to get reward than before. Also, several times when I have opened the app a pop-up message appears that says I need to update to the latest version in order to use it, but when I go to update it there is no update. I would have given 5 stars if the payouts hadn't changed.

when i click on the payout for the amazon card it doesnt do anything. i contacted support who have not answered.

I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this problem, but I've had this for only there days and it stopped adding the coins I earned to my account. It tells me that earned more after I play, but it doesn't show up on my balance. I will change my review if this gets fixed, but until then don't waste your time because they are not crediting after a few days.

I really liked this app at first. I had enough points to payout two $10 Amazon cards, ( it wouldn't let me do PayPal) it says they processed both times and I haven't received a thing!😞 I tried contacting them and it said they received my email and would get back to me shortly. Haven't heard a thing! It's a shame because I really enjoyed it.

I like the variety of games. But, it really does require you to play constantly to get a payout. The cashout requirements should be lowered a bit and, I think people would be more interested.

Good part I managed to get enough coins for my first paypal withdrawal within less than a day, as verification ID the app asked me to take selfie photo, which I did, then selected PayPal payout, app asked me to login to my Paypal account (not sure why as it is payout, not payment) and the app keeps showing "something went wrong", so I can't pay out.

The app seems okay, I haven't been able to cash out yet coins are way to time consuming to get. Which is why I'm only giving 2 stars. Sorry but when you need over 100k to cash out but only get 500 coins at a time that's RIDICULOUS! Either the amount needed needs lowered or the amount awarded at a time needs raised.

Doesn't take too long to earn points and actually pays. Cashed out for the first time yesterday and received payment twelve hours later. Would be five stars but not a wife game selection but they do try and give more options in a timely manner excellent app!

App wouldn't open, keeps saying error. I just wanted to transfer my info to this new phone. But I couldn't. If I could rate a negative 5 I would. This app needs major fixings. That is my opinion.

I have kept playing the games because I like them and it was a bouns that it would get me points for gift cards. It keeps saying collect +135 mcoins or +96 mcoins. But i still only have 4,444 and that's for downloading and following the set up instructions. deleting since I have gotten no answer back. and this app is another one that falls under lying.

No games to download it must think people that are 35 just don't play games or something had this app for a few days now and still nothing! Gave me almost enough to cash out at 50 cents for signing up but there is nothing else to do to earn money if you can't play any games and out of the over 20 games on my phone already your telling me none count! Don't bother this app is a waist of time and energy!

At first the app seemed ok but before I was able to make my first cash out, the app stopped opening and said error contact customer service. Please fix this app. I would really like to use it.

Error message says "problem starting appster. Please try again." But does actually nothing else at all what so ever. Uninstall then reinstall. Dang exact thing happens

I uninstalled and installed my game and this app once ,after that it is not counting any minutes. It shows in notification that to download the active game but it is already done and I play that game and keeps it open in background, but still not working.... I'm stucked because of this bug please help...

This is a really great app. I gave 4 stars because the only issue I have is the game keeps freezing or saying appstar is not responding in the of a game. Otherwise it's great. If this gets fixed and when I get my 1st payout then I will add the 5th star.

Over all nice experience with the app 😊 they do Payout .! I will definitely recommend to my friends. Sad thing is that there is no referal friends option so I can invite them and earn together. 😄

I tried using the app, was lured by chance of winning money. However I didn't care for the games but it's bad enuf I waste time by playing games, I refuse to play and misuse my time by not even having fun at it as well!

No exaggeration, didn't make it a whole minute on my phone. Opened app...no games available. Looked at the redeem section. This is all too familiar this is the same company as app flame, coin pop, etc. The game values aren't worth the smallest redemption (.50 paypal 24,495 pts). You start with 4,499 smh.

Well let's see what kind of comments you give me back you tell me that you know I can get double for my game downloaded game today and tomorrow and get double well you give me games that are not compatible with my phone it takes 25 years to get your coins to build up and you know it just takes too long I don't know if I even want to give this thing a 3 maybe or 2 1/2

The game started off really good and managed to cash out quickly. The points you need to cash out has changed and you need 301,000 points for £5 from the original 60,000.

App stopped working. Restarted device, still don't work. Deleted off and still don't work when reinstalled. Oh well. Time to delete again. Bye bye

False advertising with points needed to cash out, not even worth 1 star. Before downloading, says you need 47,065 to cash out $5 but in reality, you need over 235k just to claim for paypal and amazon.

Started playing had to play a few games that didn't interest me first till they added more got to 17,895 then all games vanished says more games added daily but not showing any in active apps or discovery. Please fix x
