Why ring a taxi when you can't speak the language? The whole point of a booking app is that you don't need to speak to anyone. Malta has an excellent taxi service and is 1/8 the size of Catania, this is a draconian way of booking a taxi. Very disappointing.
Overall, I think the app is great. Booking a taxi was intuitive as was the rest if the app. I only have a few issues. One was a Billing issue that customer service resolved quickly. The rest of the issues were associated with not being able to get connected with a taxi in busy areas. In these I had to get in a local taxi which defeated the desire to use credit card. they may want to consider using qr codes in taxis so I can pay for a public cab i just jumped in. then it would be near perfect.
Such a terrible app. Typical of the Italian digitalisation era (digitalising complexity). if the developers ever came across an app called Uber or Bolt to see how to develop something in 2022.
Waste of time. I installed it, validated my card and the first time I tried to use it to book a taxi, no taxi accepted the order. I tried two times and in both cases no success... Apps like this are nice for foreigners to ease the payment but if taxis do not accept the orders later, it is useless. Note: excellent support, they contacted me and explained why no taxi came. I hope next time it will came! Nice app!
No possibility to add destination with autosearch, I selected pay in app, but driver said it's impossible, he took 18 euro for 10 minutes ride without understanding where the address is (I have him my phone to navigate) and after that app took additional 0.5 euro. Worst app I've seen ever. And after that it didn't allow me to remove card
Have no issues with activation and using of App. However, is it o.k that driver arrived with running counter? First time I am expiriencing this, but heard that this is a kind of "games". Moreover on the end of trip, by pushpin "magic button" bill raised from 10euro to 15 which is most probably normal fee, again ot tricky charge on taxi arrival.
While the app looks promising to request a taxi it is useless because no card can be added, it charged €.50 but the process is not completed, error "failed to communicate with server" appears everytime, even with different cards. In order to schedule a taxi you need a registered card, since no card can be registered hence this app is useless.
Terrible app. It basically just calls or texts the taxi company for you, with in app payment as a clumsy after thought.
It requests all your details like birth year, your city etc. Verifies your email and phone number (yes, both!) and only then tells you that your area is not covered!
I can't register a payment method. I tried 3 of my cards and I get the very informative error -3.
Completely useless app - I was never able to book a taxi in Palermo after half a dozen attempts. Waste of my time
This app is not helpful. I tried to book a taxi several times and they were not available.
Had a problem where i couldnt pay for my taxi rides via the app. They seem to have fixed it.
If communication was allowed via email, then this app might be useful. As of now, I can't use it.
I got my 2nd trip .. im so shock when the taxi arrived 9.00am i already had 10euro bill... until now my payback missing i dont understand whats going on

The app gives a price and cab drivers will still scam you out of more money. Reporting them achieves nothing. This company is nothing, this app is nothing. Do not use this scam supporting platform

Terrible app. Just a product of the Italian gvts beef with Uber. It is what it is, but if you're not going to have a functional alternative, you might as well let a private vendor doing the job a trillion times better on your streets. This app is a joke. You can never get a taxi, cars are unmarked, drivers are unprofessional, and there's no way to get a quote on you're ride until the trillion fees Italian taxis charge add up--at the end of the trip.. 😠😠😠
After you enter all your booking info, it won't let you finish because you didn't enter your credit card info first. Then you have to do it all over again. Then it makes you book the ride without any clue of how much it will cost. Then it tells you it failed and you need to call them (but doesn't tell you how). Infuriating.
