Trying to login to the app either via fingerprint, or username and password, just gives an unknown network error. Android 12 - Galaxy S20 5G FE
cannot edit a letter after u wrote something you have to delete everything. cannot select more than one photo if you have supporting documents. have to do them one by one. reporting features are not great. difficult to see what is paid and not paid. needs an upgrade. the app is easy to use though but van be more functional and user friendly. it beats sending post. thank you.
I cannot log-in at all as the prompt keeps telling me that entries are invalid. I've even trying resetting the password via app, but there is an invalid prompt to even reset it. I have tried to reinstall the app multiple times and no success. I have tried contacting April directly with little help or support. It's quite disappointing that this function is not as seamless as I was told as I am a new customer.
Impossible to register. I'm told to enter username and password. Nowhere in my documentation have I gotten any username or password. As I click first time registration it should also understand I have no username and password set up yet and want to register my details.
Massive problems with this app... I've tried at least 50 times to make my claim and eather get error message or it just doesn't let me enter my data... Frustrating AF
Claiming is not as effective as hoped. There seem to be inconsistencies in the information provided by April Hong Kong (to what extent a claim needs to be documented, how many documents can be attached, whether a code needs to be written on the document). Another issue is that an entry cannot be corrected by moving the cursor to the point of correction, it seems, but only by back-deleting. The fact that no notes can be added is also an issue. This is probably intended for very basic of claims.
April is good but on the app It is impossible to: 1 - Modify your claim once you have done it. For example the date, you need to do the entire process again. 2 - Memories the hospitals names you need to imput it every time. If the hospital gives you 4 or 5 invoice it's super annoying. 3 - You cannot use the copy past function on my Samsung at least. it's also annoying.
Ok app. While design is fine, it does not allow to attach PDFs but only document photos (most bills are PDF in this day and age, so it would be good to catch up with the times).
This app is awful. Telemedicine does not work AT ALL (tried about 10 times), and from time to time, the app will state that I do not have a current contract, but the next day, the contract is here as if nothing happens. I contacted their email address and called them, but they gave no help whatsoever. All they can do is have me call them each time I want to book a telemedicine consultation, or each time the app is misbehaving (all the time) How about stop forcing people to use a useless app?
Doesn't work sometimes, when you try to upkead the images, it doesn't take mroe than two. Sometimes, when you need to search for the panel doctors, it has some errors where.nothing appears.
Cannot choose image from library when asked to provide documents supporting a claim
So far, I use it for one claim only, and it was easy, each step clearly explained and the uploading section was simple as well. Now we have to wait and see if this will be worked by the office in the same smooth way I used to know when I submitted the claim through mail post.
Impossible to copy paste the doctor/clinic name. When interrupted during a reimbursement request by a call or other the app starts from scratch and does not save the request as a draft. I have to write a new security number of the original receipts...
I am failed to submit my claim. There are four steps to submit claims but it doesn't move on from 1st step. I am feeling annoyed.
It an easy to use app. The claims are done very fast by submitting photos of the supporting documents/receipts. Claiming reimbursement could not have been easier than with this app.
Can do better. The apps handle multiple tasking very badly. Not ideal if you have to switch to email to dig the invoice to attach.
It is clear on policy and info. But the basic function to find medical clinics and specialists just hangs for eternity. The only other option is on the website via a pdf file that you need to scrutinse across 40 to 50 pages to find what you precisely need!
Useless application, and really bad service, and claim process.
Mixed and confusing. Many doctors visits can lead to additional testing and hospital visits which happen at later dates. Thus the date provided only covers one of any of these things. If you're not IT literate it's hard!
the app is easy and we can submit our invoices on the spot in a few minutes. After that, you better check the follow up on the website. I wish there was a line for our notes.
It is very quick an convenient to submit claims and get refunded. However, the research system to find doctors, dentists, psychologists has never worked for me.
Can not log in. Worked fine for over 2 years suddenly I am not able to log in. Deleted app and downloaded again, same problem. Message timed out appears.
Very simple and easy to use for making a claim! A bit fiddly to do your first one & set up, but that is expected of any provider. Literally takes less than 2mins to do claims so I'm very happy
I needed a teleconsultation, but the option isn't working this app should be there to help us when we need to talk to a doctor but it doesn't and it can be very dangerous. Please April check your app
Needs a contact method at the moment only what's up... Should include 'line app' or Skype which is mainly used in Asia or Facebook messenger. Also why can I unlock with fingerprint than I have to log in again to see my account... Very bad app
Impossible to use as the 'First login' button does not work. Update: I did manage to log in eventually. I have not yet actually used the app for anything though.
Hi, I was able to download and activate the app but unable to access it. I get 'Your ID and/or password has not been recognised. Please check and try again'. Not sure how to solve the issue!
