GETTING STARTEDBefore you can begin mobile payment processing with AprivaPay Plus, you’ll need to set up a merchant account (if you don’t already have one), so that your bank can fund your transactions. Once you have a merchant account, it’s easy to get started. Here’s what you’ll need:

Just dont do it. You will be nickeled and dimed by 3 different companies who have your bank acct info for "memberships". Then you jave to call 3 times each place to get them to cancel anything. Bad communication and bad merchant service. I was hoping it was a good one. Its not. Just dont do it.
App had always worked well until the July 2019 update. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but still having trouble. They need to fix the issue. Updates reader on every transaction and asks for password upon every transaction now.
very limited in handling the data. Cannot sort or filter data. minimalist app no creture comforts. disjointed data is displayed. timezones dont match local times.
I can't log in to my account!! It keeps saying "Authentication Failure". Even when coworkers try to log in on my phone, it still says the same thing. This needs to be fixed please.
The app does not work with android. You're lucky if it works 10% of the time. Customer service is terrible and thats after sitting on hold for an hour. Do not use this app.
Update: They never replied to my 9/9/2019 review until 12/15/2019. I would avoid them like the plague. Poor customer service. Reps commit to investigate your issue and reply but never do. I would avoid this. They took money from my account that I did not authorize. TOTAL SCAM!
There new update keeps closing after every transaction.
Can a Microsoft device work with this app?
Won't let me log in. I tried calling support twice. Just sat on hold. So I left a message and two days later no one has called back. How do you keep your company going when you don't care about your customers?
Not allowing credit card deposit
Will not go past the sign in screen before crashing. I need this app to run my business. Fix and it's 5 stars again.

Great and easy to use.
I like the inventory management and the ability to share inventory with your peeps using iPhones on the same account. The google print feature is kewl too. But the best feature over the apps, like square, is the security. In an age of credit card fraud and identity theft, it is good to know there are still applications out there that get it right.

Used during little league game for selling snacks and it worked great.
I have so many great things that I do not use , beautiful clothes I never wore, shoes that do not fit from Talbots, and Saks that I will never wear but they were expensive, so I can not throw them away. Maybe I could sell them and at least get something back.

Seriously disappointed that the app changed where the client can add a tip onto the purchase. At this point all it does is help our business lose money. No body wants to have to ask for a tip. It's RUDE! Why wouldn't you leave that where the customer signs? It's more convenient, and it leaves it as an "option," not where it makes the client feeI obligated to leave one.
