The user needs to understand that this is not a official app, but this will help the user to book tickets effortlessly.

when I turn phone to landscape mode, it is moving back to home page. my transaction page is gone. when my key pad opens, ad is also moving to top blocking my view of the column in which I'm entering text. please fix these issues. had to wait for an hour to book a ticket a it blocked the seat when it has gone back to home screen twice from transaction page.
Its a worst app please dont install this. This team giving priority to ads but not to content
Ads at the bottom of the page is covering the submit button (after entering OTP at the time of payment). Also new update is not likely good. "GO DADDY" is the display for every kind of option that we select. Kindly check. Would change rating if these issues are addressed.
Orientation issues were not handled & booking ticket gives irritated experience. Don't download.. Waste of time.
Have to make some improvements ie smooth search it seems too late. update the app like as irctc App but this app looks nice
I am liking this app.I suggestion please add PAYTM ,MOBIKWK wallets to pay the money . It is very help full to users.
Once we entered all the details, we did at that time, again, to enter all the details, this is only problem with this app
It's better to use the Desktop site than this useless app. Disturbing Ads, in fact they don't let you make payment. Such a waste of time and effort!

I didn't login and booked my ticket and I didn't even get a message saying about the ticket details but got a message that money is deducted
Its fine to browse nd booking also... Fine but have to improve the graphics visuality. And ticket checkup option is not available. Even in system browsing window also not having. U can add it finding the ticket status not only in user id, allover of the website. It may get 5stars.. Try to improve more. Once u can see ksrtc website. Not application see the website..
When I want to enter city names adds were coming.please try to rectify this problem.
Now its easy to book tickets in apsrtc app.UI is good.team done a good job

Your previous version was good. You started showing Ads Left, Right and Center. Please, No Frustrating Ads !! REMEMBER, all these apps are being used by Citizens who look for Quality !!

1.App is closing by a single backward click,this is most annoying(pls make it double click to close app). 2.Adds are blocking the visibility while filling details by coming above keypad. 3.After choosing choice the draglist is not autoclosing. 4.pls notify this is the official application in introduction.
